We booked through our hotel after checking a few reviews online. The drop off at our hotel was prompt - 8:30 but the gent was patiently waiting at 8:15. We had a good day driving through the mountains in a relatively new Vauxhall/Opel corsa. We dropped it off later on at the car park near our hotel and dropped the keys. Smooth, issue free experience. We would use again and recommend. (English couple, late 20s)

We are upset. When we got into this car, it showed an error. We have photos. This happened before we left. When we arrived at the parking lot in Palma, the car would not start. We couldn't get out and had to ask people to push the car. And all this happened at the exit from the parking lot. A lot of people were angry at us. Because we blocked their exit. We organized everything with the Hotel, which was completely fine except that the Hotel told us that if we rented the car for 2 days we could have kept the car until 8pm of the 3rd day, which turned out to be false. Somebody picked us up at the hotel and took us to their office and made us sign some papers. We were meant to leave a deposit ofEUR300 by card, however apparently they do not accept debit card so I had to use an ATM and give them EUR300 cash that they would give back to the reception of our hotel once the rent was over. We then took the car, which was fine, however the gasoline was NOT full at all, not even close (before taking the car they tell you that you have to leave it with a full tank of gas, of course). On the last day I put EUR40 of gas, which was almost a full tank, but I had to look for a parking spot, using some more gasoline. At the end they gave us back EUR287 instead of EUR300 because apparently there were EUR13 left of gas to put in the car. Keep in mind that on the 1st day the tank was NOT FULL AT ALL. Plus, they are very strict on keeping the car clean, which is fair, but the overprices in case you leave the seats wet or with sand are crazy high (EUR50). Attached the picture of the state of the gasoline when we first hopped in the car.

Absolutely not recommended for the following reasons: 1. Price: They require you to return the car by 8.00 pm, so you essentially lose more than half of your first day. Ended up paying 150E (Opel Corsa) for 32 hours of usage (75E/day). 2. They do not offer full coverage insurance, for example wheels and underside are not covered. 3. Suspicion that we did not receive the car with a full tank. The km estimate was around 490 when we received it and 650km when we left it back fully loaded. There are other similar complaints here on google reviews. 4. Further lack of professionalism. We received the car in front of their store but they asked us to return and park the car on another road bcs they had no space in front of their store. Their representative was impolite when we refused.

Uno de los dias pensabamos que teniamos un incidente y rapidamente la persona que nos lo alquilo empezo a buscar solucion. Pero habia sido solo un despiste nuestro. Devolvimos el coche un dia antes de lo acordado sin problema. Nos devolvieron el importe correspondiente a este dia. Todo concluyo segun lo previsto. First of all, we had booked through the hotel, they told us 50 per day and a Fiat 500 (which we wanted) everything was fine, he came to pick us up from the hotel, we arrived at the office with a driver to take the car, they made us sign in the documents office without explanations and in a very rude and rude manner, after which between me 300 of deposit and many misunderstandings, we made it, once paid and the keys in hand, now you have to go there in search of the treasure (now Im laughing because I cant believe Ive experienced this very absurd adventure) then you have to walk for 4 minutes and you can find the car ...well found, they told us that on the way back we had to hand the car over to the office to collect it the deposit, (apart from the conditions on the return which must be without sand, earth inside and if by chance the seats were wet it was another 50... like when you rent a car remembering that you had to keep it for beauty and not for use ...) thats fine ... so to finish with the delivery of the car, surprise... we also had to take care of taking it from where we picked it up, also because if we left it at the hotel they wouldnt give us a deposit ... .... Then we had to go and bring the car back and also bring the keys back to the office... like a puppet game... in short, it is not the first time that we go on holiday and rent cars, but service like here in Calvia de Mallorca ... never again ... Innanzitutto, avevamo prenotato tramite albergo, ci hanno detto 50 al giorno e una Fiat 500( che noi la volevamo ) tutto regolare, e venuto a prenderci dal albergo, arrivato al ufficio con conducente per prendere la machina, ci fanno firmare nel ufficio documenti senza spiegazioni ed in una maniera molto scortese e sgarbata, dopo di che tra io 300 euro di caparra e tante incomprensioni, ce l abbiamo fatta, una volta pagato e le chiavi in mano, adesso dovete andarci alla ricerca del tesoro (adesso rido perche non mi viene a credere di aver vissuto sta avventura molto assurda)allora dovete camminare per 4 minuti e puoi trovate la machina ben trovata presa, ci hanno comunicato che al ritorno dovevamo consegnare la machina al ufficio per riprenderci la caparra, ( a parte le condizioni al ritorno che deve essere senza sabbia, terra dentro e se per caso erano sedili bagnati erano altri 50 se come quando prendi na machina in affitto ricordandoti che la dovette tenere per bellezza e non per uso ) va ben quindi per finire alla consegna del auto, sorpresa dovevamo occuparci anche di portarla da dove la abbiamo presa, anche perche se lo lasciavamo al albergo non ci dava caparra . Allora ci ha toccato ad andare a riportare la macchina e riportare anche le chiavi al ufficio come il gioco dei burattini insomma non e prima volta che andiamo i vacanza ed affittiamo le macchine, ma servizio come qui a Calvia di Maiorca a mai piu sono veramente senza parole e delusissima che la gente puo ancora fare soldi in questa maniera e pur con una maniera cosi sgradevole verso suoi clienti A MAI PIU

On a fait en sorte de rendre le vehicule impeccable lave et aspire dans une station a cote car meme en faisant tres attention on met beaucoup de sable quand meme dans les vehicules. Rendu de la caution et Basta. Ce qui peut nous paraitre etrange par rapport A la France c est qu ils ne font pas d etat des lieux a la remise du vehicule. Je vous conseille donc de faire des videos du vehicule exterieur et interieur. Photo du compteur en cas de conflits ( voir de leur transmettre les photos au depart sur un numero de mobile). Les filles de l agence font du mieux qu elles peuvent, mais en pleine saison, je pense que la fatigue se fait sentir et elles doivent se faire engueuler en permanence.

Rented the Opel Corsa as shown in the picture in the rental information, we had planned 3 full days of experiencing all of Mallorca. The day we picked up the car it was the old version of the Corsa. Which had traveled 133,000km. We didnt say anything because we had full days to do things and were leaving early in the morning, plus she could get us the car by barely speaking English. When the car was handed in, someone else was working. We told him that we were disappointed with the car because it shakes at high speeds over 100 km/h, the AC worked very poorly. In addition, the car did not have 6 gears, so at 100 km/h the rpm was 3000. Which means that consumption on the car goes up. I am writing this because here in this country the speed is high and if you are going to drive far, it is very high speed here. When we spoke, he replied that I dont care, the old and the new car are exactly the same car for me. They were not accommodating at all. I tillegg bilen hadde ikke 6 gir sa ved 100 kmt var omdreining pa 3000. Noe som gjor at forbruk pa bilen gar opp. Dette skriver jeg fordi her i dette landet er hastigheten hoy og skal man kjore langt sa er det mye hoye fart her. Nar vi sa ifra svarte han at jeg bryr meg ikke, den gamle og den nye bilen er akkurat samme bil for meg. De var ikke imotekomme i det hele tatt. Ogsa sier han det er helt normalt at rattet rister ved hoy hastighet. Dette er helt absurd. Det skal ikke vaere sann i det hele tatt. Pass pa at dere far riktig bil ved henting, bilene de viser pa bilde og bilen dere far er ikke det samme.

Please please do not use this hire car company, our gear box failed on the way back from Soller to Magaluf. We had to navigate across 3 lanes of motorway traffic With no motive power to pull over. It put all of our family in danger. They picked us up from junction 1-b on the MA-13 within the hour which was reputable. When we said we worked like a refund for the day the fun began. The girl behind the desk rang the manager, who 2 minutes later stormed in and began shouting at me and my farther telling us to pay for a full tank of fuel. We hadn t even used a tank of fuel we tried to explain this to him but he was completely irate. The staff seemed terrified of him. There was no means of a dignified resolution so my father cancelled his credit card and we left. Please for your family s sake don t us this company pay the little bit extra and do with Hertz/enterprise..
