Excellent car rental firm. Decent prices, immaculate vehicle and excellent communication. We rented a Fiat Panda for two days and it was perfect for what we needed to explore the island. Great aircon too! When we return to Mallorca, we'll definitely use FC Rentacar again.
Car was nice, easy process, girl who gave us the car in the morning was nice. The guy who accepted my car at return was extremely rude, swore at me even after I asked him to repeat himselft because he was mumbling. Very rude and disrespectful
We booked through our hotel after checking a few reviews online. The drop off at our hotel was prompt - 8:30 but the gent was patiently waiting at 8:15. We had a good day driving through the mountains in a relatively new Vauxhall/Opel corsa. We dropped it off later on at the car park near our hotel and dropped the keys. Smooth, issue free experience. We would use again and recommend. (English couple, late 20s)
HORRIBLE expirience with literaly everything! Unprofesional at all. Better tray to find any other rent a car it could not be wortst than this one!
We are upset. When we got into this car, it showed an error. We have photos. This happened before we left. When we arrived at the parking lot in Palma, the car would not start. We couldn't get out and had to ask people to push the car. And all this happened at the exit from the parking lot. A lot of people were angry at us. Because we blocked their exit. It was a brake failure. In addition, when we picked up the car, we were told that it was clean. You take a lot of money and give us broken cars. What kind of irresponsibility is this? Thank you, but we will not recommend your company. As a result, we went home and did not walk around the capital, since driving was simply scary. The money just went nowhere. You didn't live up to our hopes
We organized everything with the Hotel, which was completely fine except that the Hotel told us that if we rented the car for 2 days we could have kept the car until 8pm of the 3rd day, which turned out to be false. Somebody picked us up at the hotel and took us to their office and made us sign some papers. We were meant to leave a deposit ofEUR300 by card, however apparently they do not accept debit card so I had to use an ATM and give them EUR300 cash that they would give back to the reception of our hotel once the rent was over. We then took the car, which was fine, however the gasoline was NOT full at all, not even close (before taking the car they tell you that you have to leave it with a full tank of gas, of course). On the last day I put EUR40 of gas, which was almost a full tank, but I had to look for a parking spot, using some more gasoline. At the end they gave us back EUR287 instead of EUR300 because apparently there were EUR13 left of gas to put in the car. Keep in mind that on the 1st day the tank was NOT FULL AT ALL. Plus, they are very strict on keeping the car clean, which is fair, but the overprices in case you leave the seats wet or with sand are crazy high (EUR50). Absolutely not recommended for the following reasons: 1. Price: They require you to return the car by 8.00 pm, so you essentially lose more than half of your first day. Ended up paying 150E (Opel Corsa) for 32 hours of usage (75E/day). 2. They do not offer full coverage insurance, for example wheels and underside are not covered. 3. Suspicion that we did not receive the car with a full tank. The km estimate was around 490 when we received it and 650km when we left it back fully loaded. There are other similar complaints here on google reviews. 4. Further lack of professionalism. We received the car in front of their store but they asked us to return and park the car on another road bcs they had no space in front of their store. Their representative was impolite when we refused.
I absolutely do not recommend this master is arrogant and his cars are in a disastrous state! You are at risk for 40 euros per day, it is ridiculous and I hope you will soon end up doing business and obriving people for money !!!
