Very helpful man working in the shop but the electric e scooters are in terrible condition, not serviced or checked out. We hired 2 and had to return within 10 mins if hiring due to a 21 fault so wld not ride at all and the other had a flat tyre. Returned and would not give me full refund, his spanish boss was shouting and carrying on on the phone asking what the problem was despute me saying. Terrible experience

Fantastic service from a great team. Bikes are fantastic along with competitive rates. Hired a scooter for a day and ended up keeping it for 3 days. Fantastic way to explore the island. Highly recommend these guys and will definitely be back in the future
Would go back here, and will go back here as they are the place to go in magaluf or palmanova for mopeds. I went with my girlfriend and within a few minutes the contract was written and we were riding. The 2 men working there are very nice and show you how to operate the moped so that anyone can do it, even if you have no experience. They where even kind enough to let us leave on the moped to go and get the money and deposit. The man working told us to take pictures of the bike in case they suspected damage so we can protect ourselves, but it was not needed as once returned they quickly checked the bike and returned the deposit. The bike itself was very good, we had a 125cc and it was great for exploring nearby beaches that we wouldn't have been able to see otherwise. Definitely the best and most trustworthy place around and is run by people just looking to do good business. You must pay them a visit if you are in the area
We had such a great experience. Staff were so polite. We liked that the guy told us to record motor before driving, so when we gave it back we had no problems. He gave us 2 extra hours. We highly recommend and will be back for sure.
Highly recommend. Very friendly, kind and helpful. Rented a scooter for the day and it was perfect. Everything just went very smoothly and they were just very customer oriented.
Had an amazing experience with such a friendly staff. Paola and Stephan were so welcoming. Family owned Italian store- they gave us a great deal and helped us out with some perfect locations for my partner and I to enjoy. Easy to ride... even on the Highway! Recommend this company !!!!
