Garbage service and liars, stay away from them
El 18 de mayo alquile un vehiculo en Plaza de Espana. Cuando llegas al sotano -2 de un parking mal iluminado debes poner en la app que el coche no tiene danos para iniciar el tramite y asi lo hice, declarando que no veia ningun dano. Sin embargo en cuanto sali al exterior vi una pequena fisura en la luna delantera inapreciable en la oscuridad del parking. Segui mi camino hacia El Escorial y cuando llegue les explique lo sucedido por telefono. Me dijeron que no me preocupase, que no habia problema, que tomaban nota y que no obstante lo comentase por chat junto con las fotos de la luna y asi hice. La respuesta por chat (chat al que ya no tengo acceso) fue la misma, que no me preocupase, que entendian que el coche venia con ese dano y todo ok. La sorpresa llega cuando un dia despues de entregarlo no solo no me devuelven el deposito de 500 euros sino que me cobran 57 mas por la luna (a la que yo no le hice nada) que valoran en 557 euros. Contacte con ellos y todas las buenas palabras anteriores cambiaron rapidamente. Por todo esto mi experiencia con ellos ha sido MALISIMA y no los recomiendo en absoluto.
On May 18 I rented a vehicle in Plaza de Espana. When you arrive at basement -2 of a poorly lit parking lot you must enter in the app that the car has no damage to start the procedure and I did so, stating that I did not see any damage. However, as soon as I went outside I saw a small crack in the front window, invisible in the darkness of the parking lot. I continued my way to El Escorial and when I arrived I explained what happened over the phone. They told me not to worry, that there was no problem, that they would take note and that I should nevertheless comment on it via chat along with the photos of the moon and so I did. The response via chat (chat to which I no longer have access) was the same, that I wasn't worried, that they understood that the car came with that damage and everything was ok. The surprise comes when one day after delivering it, not only do they not return the deposit of 500 euros but they charge me 57 more for the moon (to which I did nothing) which they value at 557 euros. I contacted them and all the previous good words changed quickly. For all this, my experience with them has been VERY BAD and I do not recommend them at all.
I am editing a review I submitted 2 months ago because the situation has still not been resolved. In JULY 2023 Virtuo rented me a car from their Atocha lot (within Madrid's low emissions zone/ZBE) that I returned to the same lot (as required) and then received a 100 euro fine for entering a low emissions zone (which was *necessary* in order to return it). It's December now and Virtuo has not helped. In fact, they have charged me an extra fee for the privilege of passing on the fine. I have done all the paper work to refute the charge and I'm still waiting on a resolution. What a headache and complete waste of time. Please, VIRTUO, get the proper authorization for your cars!
Todo muy sencillo y practico. Hubo un problema con mi coche y me dieron uno de gama superior. Muy recomendable.

Virtuo is great. The prices are very competitive and the cars are luxury vehicles that Avis and other rental agencies don't offer at this price. At the beginning of the rental I had some problems (no gas in the car, car was dirty) but the staff were very attentive and resolved the problems quickly and graciously.
Great experience. Easy to book, to check out and return. Also very good quality vehicles. Built with a lot of attention to details and taking into account little issues that could happen when renting a car.
No alquilen nada con esta compania,son unos estafadores,pagas por el alquiler del coche,y te dicen que no les a llegado el dinero,y no tienes coche,y como tienen tu tarjeta bancaria,empiezan hacerte cargos,yo les he denunciado,por un delito de estafa y otro de fraude economico
Do not rent anything with this company, they are scammers, you pay for the car rental, and they tell you that they have not received the money, and you do not have a car, and since they have your bank card, they start charging you, I have reported them, for a crime of fraud and another of economic fraud
Muy recomendable. Es un servicio comodo, agil , facil y el coche esta fenomenal. Una muy buena opcion para alquilar coche en Madrid.
