Mi chica ha intentado reservar 5 veces y ninguna la deja, les deja su documentacion, y le obligan meterme a mi como conductor adicional, cuando era para ella sola, no para mi. Hemos tenido que reservar en otro sitio para poder tener el alquiler. Me parece poco serio el servicio que dan, no la recomiendo
My girl has tried to book 5 times and none of them let her, she leaves them her documentation, and they force her to include me as an additional driver, when it was for her alone, not for me. We have had to book somewhere else to be able to have the rental. I don't think the service they provide is serious, I don't recommend it.
!La peor experiencia en mi vida! Reserve un coche de 7 plazas (Mercedes Benz) en Mayo para Agosto. 7 dias antes de la fecha de recogida, me llaman diciendo que sobrevendieron el coche y que no me lo podian dar. Me dieron una alternativa de un vehiculo de 5 plazas o 100EUR de credito, pero logicamente no me servia porque necesitaba 7 plazas. Les ofreci que me dieran 2 vehiculos economicos a cambio (para cubrir las 7 plazas) y se negaron. Les ofreci que alquilaran un coche de 7 plazas a otra empresa de alquiler y que me lo dieran, tampoco quisieron. Pedi hoja de reclamaciones y no tenian. Me la enviaron a la segunda vez que se los reclame. !Un desastre! Jamas volvere a reservar en esta empresa y no la recomiendo por nada del mundo.
The worst experience in my life! I booked a 7 seater car (Mercedes Benz) in May for August. 7 days before the pickup date, they called me saying that they oversold the car and that they couldn't give it to me. They gave me an alternative of a 5-seater vehicle or EUR100 credit, but logically it didn't work for me because I needed 7 seats. I offered them to give me 2 economical vehicles in exchange (to cover the 7 seats) and they refused. I offered them to rent a 7-seater car from another rental company and give it to me, they didn't want it either. I asked for a claim form and they didn't have them. They sent it to me the second time I asked for it. A disaster! I will never book with this company again and I do not recommend it for anything in the world.

The car was clean, full of fuel and ready for pick up.
When you try to book, they want a credit card, it is not possible to pay with a prepaid card, so it means they can charge money on you whenever they want. I wanted to rent here but i'm not gonna take the risk
Tardan mucho en devolver la fianza cuando dejas el coche sin danos. Lo que expone el coche en el aparcamiento que tiene mucha rotacion de vehiculos a que alguien lo arane o lastime y te lo intenten endosar a ti. Por lo demas el servicio me gusta.
They take a long time to return the deposit when you leave the car without damage. Which exposes the car in the parking lot that has a lot of vehicle turnover to someone scratching or hurting it and trying to pass it on to you. Otherwise I like the service.
