Mi chica ha intentado reservar 5 veces y ninguna la deja, les deja su documentacion, y le obligan meterme a mi como conductor adicional, cuando era para ella sola, no para mi. Hemos tenido que reservar en otro sitio para poder tener el alquiler. Me parece una tomadura de pelo el servicio que dan, no la recomiendo
My girl has tried to book 5 times and none of them let her, she leaves them her documentation, and they force her to include me as an additional driver, when it was for her alone, not for me. We have had to book somewhere else to be able to have the rental. The service they provide seems like a joke to me, I don't recommend it.
Where have you been all my life, Virtuo??Now that I've used you I will never go back! I was prepared and braced myself for the numerous points in the process that I thought would go wrong. Virtuo seems to have anticipated all these points and has done a commendable job addressing them. I Virtuo!
Tras tener confirmada la reserva, me cambiaron el modelo del coche sin avisarme. Menos mal que unos dias antes comprobe de nuevo la reserva y lo vi. Me habian asignado un coche 100% electrico, totalmente inutil para mis necesidades.
After confirming the reservation, they changed my car model without notifying me. Luckily a few days before I checked the reservation again and saw it. They had assigned me a 100% electric car, totally useless for my needs.

En su dia todo perfecto, pero ahora dudo de si volvere a alquilar un coche con Virtuo. Hace unos dias me comunicaron que he sido multado por acceder a la Zona de Bajas Emisiones de Especial Proteccion (ZBEDEP) con uno de sus vehiculos. Creia que al ser coches nuevos y con etiqueta ambiental no tendria problemas. Ni en la web, ni en la App ni en el contrato advierten de esa circunstancia. Si usais uno de sus vehiculos de gasolina tenerlo en cuenta.
Everything was perfect at the time, but now I doubt whether I will rent a car with Virtuo again. A few days ago they informed me that I have been fined for accessing the Special Protection Low Emissions Zone (ZBEDEP) with one of their vehicles. I believed that since they were new cars and had an environmental label I would have no problems. Neither on the website, nor in the App nor in the contract do they warn of this circumstance. If you use one of their gasoline vehicles, keep this in mind.

2da vez que alquilo con Virtuo y lo hare una tercera. App intuitiva, los coches son los que ves en la reserva, incluso mejores. Mismo color, limpio, sin roces y facil de reservar, pagar y encontrarlos. Ademas si tienes cualquier duda te la resuelven rapido y hablando con una persona, ni bots, ni automatizaciones. 10/10
2nd time I have rented with Virtuo and I will do it a third time. Intuitive app, the cars are the ones you see in the reservation, even better. Same color, clean, no scratches and easy to reserve, pay and find them. Furthermore, if you have any questions, they solve them quickly and by talking to a person, no bots or automations. 10/10
!VIRTUO, eres el mejor! Alquile un Tesla Model 3 y todo fue un sueno hecho realidad. !La aplicacion es genial! No tuve que hablar con ningun ser humano (!menos mal!) y las instrucciones y mensajes antes, durante y despues del alquiler fueron de gran ayuda. El coche estaba limpisimo por dentro y mas o menos limpio por fuera. La presion de los neumaticos estaba un poco baja, pero no es nada que un poco de aire no pueda solucionar. La bateria estaba al 90% cuando lo tome, lo cual esta bien. El coche tenia unos 20,000 km, pero aun se veia como nuevo. !VIRTUO, volvere a alquilar contigo!
VIRTUO, you are the best! I rented a Tesla Model 3 and everything was a dream come true. The app is great! I didn't have to speak to a human being (thank goodness!) and the instructions and messages before, during and after the rental were very helpful. The car was very clean inside and more or less clean on the outside. The tire pressure was a little low, but it's nothing a little air can't fix. The battery was at 90% when I took it, which is fine. The car had about 20,000 km on it, but still looked like new. VIRTUO, I will rent with you again!
