Me cobran 4,91EUR de parking en el aeropuerto sin explicar nada y sin devolverlos pese a reclamarlos
They charge me EUR4.91 for parking at the airport without explaining anything and without returning it despite claiming it
No amenities if you're looking for some snacks, forget about it.
Great experience with virtuo. Very easy to use. Excellent customer service and support. Fast response and efficient. Absolutely recommend virtuo if you're looking to rent a car. Great cars, excellent prices.
Generally excellent, and would recommend. My only issue was with locating precisely where to pick the car up (maybe share the car's Google Maps location?) and same on return. Also, no fuel station in the Madrid airport precinct
Una experiencia de 10 puntos, muy organizado todo. Llegada al aeropuerto recibi un mensaje exacto de la posicion del coche, super limpio, nuevo y muy completo. Llamo la atencion los cargadores para el movil ademas de la carga inalambrica ya que la llave del coche es el propio movil desde la App que funciona de maravilla. Una vez revisado y completado el formulario que te lleva 1 minuto te pones en marcha a realizar tu viaje en mi caso venia incluso con telepeaje lo que te hace ganar mucho tiempo. La devolucion del mismo modo y igual de simple 4 fotos, le dices a la App donde dejas exacto el coche y listo. Super facil lo recomiendo 100% incluso puedes alargar el contrato en cualquier momento sin ningun tipo de sobrecargos . Volvere a alquilar sin dudarlo.
A 10-point experience, everything was very organized. Upon arrival at the airport I received an exact message about the position of the car, super clean, new and very complete. The mobile chargers caught our attention in addition to the wireless charging since the car key is the mobile phone itself from the App, which works wonderfully. Once you have reviewed and completed the form, which takes you 1 minute, you start making your trip. In my case, it even came with electronic toll, which saves you a lot of time. The return in the same way and just as simple 4 photos, you tell the App exactly where you leave the car and that's it. Super easy, I recommend it 100%, you can even extend the contract at any time without any type of surcharge. I will rent again without hesitation.
Poor experience with Virtuo for a 10 days rent during Xmas 2021 in Madrid - the car was not where we were told it would be on arrival at the airport - 20 min for the helpdesk to locate the car (by the way they only speak english or italian) - they sent me to an hotel 3 km away saying the car was there. When arrived at the hotel using the airport shuttle, they told me to come back because the car was now at the airport - in the end it took 2hrs to get the car - ridiculous compensation of a half day of rental and only because I insisted (first proposal was a 20 euros discount on a future rental...). They didn't even accept to refund the 15 euros I paid for having the car sent to the airport - car screen out of order after 4 days (Mercedes GLA 200d). Not possible anymore to control radio volume or use the car gps or connect a smartphone. No solution provided. I suspect the Virtuo system was interferring - will never use this low quality company anymore
