NO RESERVEN VEHICULO CON ESTA EMPRESA, son estafadores, me hicieron pagar de 140EUR a 395EUR porque no aceptan tarjeta de debito, pero para cobrar los 395EUR si que la aceptaron, eviten esta compania
DO NOT RESERVE A VEHICLE WITH THIS COMPANY, they are scammers, they made me pay from EUR140 to EUR395 because they do not accept a debit card, but to collect the EUR395 they did accept it, avoid this company
FATAL! no vuelvo a usar sus servicios jamas. Contrate un coche, cuando fui a cogerlo con el agente me dijeron que el conductor anterior lo habia estrellado y que no teniamos coche. tanto vip cars como la empresa de alquiler se lavaron las manos y tuvimos que coger otro coche en otro sitio por el doble de dinero y sin nosotros haber hecho nada. Ni siquiera nos han devuelto el dinero ni nos han cubierto el otro coche y ni siquiera la diferencia...... PD: Lo cogi con todos los seguros para evitar estas cosas y no ha servido de nada...... PESIMO trato al cliente. Nunca escribo malas resenas si no es justificado
FATAL! I will never use their services again. I hired a car, when I went to pick it up with the agent they told me that the previous driver had crashed it and that we didn't have a car. Both VIP Cars and the rental company washed their hands of it and we had to get another car somewhere else for double the money and without us having done anything. They have not even returned our money nor have they covered the other car or even the difference...... PS: I took it with all the insurance to avoid these things and it has been of no use...... TERRIBLE customer service. I never write bad reviews if it is not justified

FATAL. Alque un coche online para un viaje a eindhoven. Tuve q abonar de reserva 45.97EUR ,cuando llegue alli me piden tarjeta de credito le doy con la q realice el pago online y me dicen q esa no vale pq es de debito y yo no tengo. 1degpq no vale la de debito ?yo he alquilado en otras ocasions con enterprise y genial con mi tarjeta. No pude llevarme el coche pero es q tampoco me devolvieron los 45.97EUR ni tan siquiera una parte sin haber usado el servicio pq no me dejaron. Se han quedado con un dinero con el q no han dado ningun servicio. Se han quedado con lo q no es suyo. Eso tiene un nombre. NUNCA VOLVERE CON ESTA EMPRESA. NO LA RECOMIENDO PARA NADA.
FATAL. Rent a car online for a trip to Eindhoven. I had to pay EUR45.97 for the reservation, when I got there they asked me for a credit card, I gave them the one I used to make the online payment and they told me that that one is not valid because it is a debit card and I don't have one. 1st because the debit card is not worth it? I have rented on other occasions with enterprise and it was great with my card. I couldn't take the car but they didn't refund me the EUR45.97 or even a portion of it without having used the service because they wouldn't let me. They have been left with money with which they have not provided any service. They have kept what is not theirs. That has a name. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS COMPANY. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL.
