We used this company on a golfing weekend for seven for various transfers between airport, golf courses and hotel. Sent an email in advance with required details and received back a confirmation with prices for a total of 6 journeys over the weekend. All the drivers were friendly and helpful and all turned up on time and helped our weekend go smoothly. Everyone in the group commented on the ease and convenience of the bookings and were happy that the prices charged were as quoted with no hidden extras. I'd happily recommend this company to anyone visiting Madrid and requiring transportation.
Not sure what happened but we reserved a taxi two days before for an early flight out to the airport. No communication about them being late or even an apology. We tried connecting with the driver and also the business account with no success via WhatsApp. They just didn't show up. What's worse is we had small children with us as well. Won't be using this service again.
The service was great. It was recommended by our Airbnb host. We booked via email and the response was prompt and clear. We needed a big car and they were able to accommodate our request. Jose M, our driver came on time and was very friendly. He even helped us with bags and dropped us on time at the airport. We will definitely use this service next time and highly recommend them.
We had to get fetched at 3:30 am. Jose Miguel was on time. He drove well and was very polite. What a relief as we were stressed about needing a taxi so early but their correspondence was great (we could use what's app - how convenient!)
Juan, our driver, immediately telephoned to me as soon as we arrived, to give us precise instructions about the meeting point. He was very polite and very helpful. He helped us with our baggage and the total price from the airport to the door of our hotel in the center of Madrid was 30 euros. The car also, was quite new and very clean. I wiil definitely call this taxi agency again, when I come back to Madrid!
Excellent, excellent, excellent! We stayed only 24 hours in Madrid, but we booked them for arrival from the airport to our hotel - which they confirmed and were on-time. Sent us great directions on where to find them when we landed. Then booked them from our hotel to the airport - again - on time and totally professional. There are long lines for taxis when you get to the airport so definitely hire this company to save you the headache of waiting for a taxi after a long flight! Will definitely use them again. Gracias!
