Spain Car es una empresa de alquiler de coches y renting de vehiculos. Desde 1986, ofrecen una amplia flota de vehiculos desde turismos hasta todoterrenos, monovolumenes, coches electricos, hibridos y coches de alta gama. Lo que hace diferente a Spain Car respecto a otras empresas de alquiler de vehiculos es que no hay sorpresas en las tarifas: el precio incluye el IVA y un seguro a todo riesgo sin franquicia. Ademas, los kilometros son ilimitados.

Servicio pesimo por parte de SpainCar (Castellana), no nos facilitaron la copia del contrato en el momento de retirar el vehiculo, se la hemos pedido a posterior ya que nos han cobrado 200EUR mas del presupuesto solicitado por correo y nos comentan que no nos van a facilitar ninguna copia cuando estan obligados a facilitar estos documentos y guardarlos durante 5 anos por la ley de proteccion de datos. No contentos con eso, a la hora de retirar el vehiculo te guardan el numero de la tarjeta ESCRITO A MANO sin ningun tipo de seguridad de esa informacion sensible ni garantia de borrado (Ya que los almacenan en papel y en claro) otro punto totalmente ilegal, por supuesto que esto ya esta demando a la Agencia Estatal de Proteccion de Datos ya que es una verguenza de servicio. Hemos exigido el contrato y el borrado de nuestra informacion y te cuelgan el telefono, sintiendolo mucho esto se resolvera en los tribunales. Ahora responden diciendo que no tienen mi contacto y no he alquilado, quizas os suena mas un Suzuki Jimmy alquilado del 7 al 11 de Noviembre de 2024, si quieres te pongo la matricula tambien y nos saltamos ambos la LGPD.

Muy decepcionado. Cuando pides un presupuesto, no sabes si tienen el vehiculo disponible. Si es que no, como mi caso, ni si quiera te ofrecen una alternativa o sugerencia. Te mandan un email generico. Debe de ir muy bien el negocio y no tienen interes en alquilar mas coches. Una pena, pues pretendia hacer un alquiler de larga duracion.
Very disappointed. When you ask for a quote, you don't know if they have the vehicle available. If not, like my case, they don't even offer you an alternative or suggestion. They send you a generic email. Business must be going very well and they have no interest in renting more cars. A shame, since I intended to make a long-term rental.
He contratado una revision con los ellos y ha sido todo un acierto. Les escribi por la tarde y al mediodia del dia siguiente ya tenia el informe. La atencion telefonica ha sido muy amable, me han ayudado con todas mis dudas y sobre todo el informe final muy detallado. Muy recomendable!
I have contracted a review with them and it has been a success. I wrote to them in the afternoon and at noon the next day I already had the report. Mi experiencia con Spain Car no ha podido ser mejor. Actualmente vivimos fuera de Espana y compramos nuestro precioso coche en Spain Car (provenia de un Renting que tenian con un cliente). Se prestaron a darnos todo tipo de ayuda y facilidades para el papeleo, ya que al vivir en el extranjero, todo lo hemos tenido que hacer por telefono y por Mail. El dia de la recogida del coche todo el equipo de Spain Car fue muy amable con nosotros. No podemos estar mas satisfechos con nuestra compra y con el equipo de Spain Car. Empresa recomendable 100%.
My experience with Spain Car could not have been better. We currently live outside of Spain and we bought our beautiful car at Spain Car (it came from a rental they had with a client). They offered to give us all kinds of help and facilities for paperwork, since living abroad, we had to do everything by phone and by mail. Personal amable y profesional. Alquilamos un todo terreno , limpio y en perfecto estado. Aunque a lo mejor un poco elevado el precio.
