Sixt has great cars, but what makes the difference is the service and in that regard Miguel was incredible. He was very knowledgeable, showed me all the features in the car, connected my mobile, provided advice on sightseeing for my trip and even gave me a restaurant recommendation! Sixt wouldn't be what it is without its employees and Miguel is the best of the best!

When I booked the vehicle online, I picked this location as it was the closest to where I stayed. I arrived a little early for my 12:00 PM pickup, but I had to wait quite a bit to just let inside the building. Then, they didn't have the vehicle that I booked, which is understandable, since that is exactly why they say it is "something or similar". Still, my vehicle category was a van, and they offered a much smaller SUV (Peugeot 3008) for the same price or a similar "performance" SUV (Capra Ateca) for 30 euros extra per day. I know for a fact that Peugeot 3008 is much smaller than what I reserved, and that the Cupra wasn't any better. Since I needed the vehicle right away for upcoming arrangements and I practically didn't have any choice, but it didn't make sense for a company of this size.
In general, the overall was good but the smoking smell is overwhelm and terrible. We believed that it was left by previous heavy smoker customers.
Had to wait outside for a couple of minutes since nobody was in the office, but Julio came to the rescue and provided an excellent service. Great, seamless experience overall. Thank you!
