Great rental service. The only challenge was getting the beautiful rental car out of the tightly packed lot! Once out of lot, the Madrid driving was only mildly challenging as big cities can be, the Spanish highways were exceptional from Madrid through Bilbao - can't wait to come back!
I have rented cars from this brunch tens of times by now and it has always been a seamless experience. The staff is always friendly and attentive and having a dropbox for the keys for after hours is a huge convenience.
The lady in customer service was very professional, exceeding all of my expectations. I left the car rental extremely happy and got everything that I needed, which made my holiday more enjoyable. Thank you very much.
I had made a reservation at the Sixt office in Madrid. However, when I arrived, due to an error in their system, they were unable to charge me the deposit for the vehicle. I offered to pay it in cash, but they showed zero flexibility in resolving the issue, and I had to cancel the reservation, which significantly impacted my vacation plans. I have always used Sixt, but I must say I am very disappointed after such a negative experience.

I was hesitant to use this location because of its low rating but I was pleasantly surprised by how awesome it was. It was the best pick up experience I had with any car rental agency! Our representative was super friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. It was in and out! And same with the drop off. Couldn't have been easier!
I took my daughter here to rent a car from July 18, 2023 to July 24, 2023. I booked online and then went to the store in the city center to pick up the car. The staff at the store were very friendly and would give some very convenient suggestions, so that the road trip went smoothly. When I come to Madrid, Spain, I will definitely rent a car here again
All experiences were great but especially with this sixt location at ronda de atocha 10. Very friendly stuff that speaks English. Only thing that is a bit not handy that waze or other navigation system takes you to the other side of the street and when turning from the traffic light from opposite side only the second parking can be accessed. Anyway you can get to parking public parking on the left which is also easy to park. Try sixt+ very cool option for long term rentals with new cars every time!
