Si llegas a las terminales 2 o 3, puedes usar el autobus gratuito que te lleva a la zona de "Salidas" de la T4. Para una comodidad total, podras reservar alguno de nuestros modernos coches online o utilizando nuestra app y recoger y devolver el vehiculo fuera de horario si lo necesitas. Reliable, professional service. A good choice if you don't want to worry about having a car.
Great service. The car was a bit delayed from cleaning but instead of needing to wait I was offered an upgrade. The only major complaint which isn't really about this dept of Sixt but Sixt in general is that they wanted 89EUR to rent a basic booster seat (just the bottom part) for a week which feels close to extortion given that a brand new is like 20EUR. The staff who told me how much it cost was almost ashamed of the price.
Easy drop-off. Staff friendly and came out to meet you and grab keys and checks car right in front of you. (FYI: Don't follow Google Maps directions to this sixt T4 drop-off because it will take to terminal / departures)
I had an outstanding experience with Sixt, and I couldn't be more pleased with their service. From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient, making the entire process quick and hassle-free. The vehicle I rented was in immaculate condition, spotlessly clean, and performed beautifully throughout my trip. I appreciated the wide selection of cars they had available, and the rates were very reasonable given the high quality of service. My brother and I arrived at Madrid Airport Terminal 4 in search of a five-day car rental. As a regular Europcar customer, I was disappointed to find limited options and decided to explore other agencies within the terminal. I was assisted by a wonderful representative named Rebecca at Sixt, who provided exceptional service. She offered a variety of vehicle options, all at reasonable prices, and took the time to explain each one thoroughly. I was impressed by her professionalism and the overall experience. I will definitely continue using Sixt for my rentals and highly recommend their services to others."
Friendly staff at the counter, took a bit longer time to get a car probably because staff shortage at time of arrival. The car received is the same model as requested, however, after a day of driving there was a warning sign of engine oil shortage on the dash. After refilled the oil, I drove it for another 10 days with around 2,400 km without any problem. Returning the car was quick and efficient at terminal 1. Btw, the best place to get gasoline full tank at the airport is at gas station near terminal 2.
Daniela at Sixt was a rockstar. Kind, accommodating, friendly, and so quick and efficient. Hands down the best rental car experience I have ever had. She is awesome. (Car has been amazing, too. I could have led with that, but it all trickles down; and having such a positive first impression of customer service just says a lot.)
I book a car for 160$, get a free upgrade but on check out they charge me without notification 250$ Service? Bad! Experienced Staff? Not existential But let me tell you how hard they tried to sell me additional insurance or stuffs I didn't need. Very bad experience and rental company.
