Really nice staff, but unfortunately my bikes chain snapped in two after 2 hours, leaving me stranded in the middle of casa de Campo, where I had to roll the bike 5km back to the shop. After getting to the shop they gave me an old decrepit thing that had poor gears and chain causing it to ride very poorly. I'd suggest paying a couple euros more to get a reliable bike from elsewhere.

Friendly & helpful service from all staff & I'm normally a keen cyclist in Australia who has been to many cycling shops. My rental was for a full 24 hours. Gave me a map and genuinely keen to hear of my cycling adventures when I returned the bike. I'd definitely return. The shop's easy access to Madrid Rio is perfect.

I have taken the basic mechanics course and it seemed like a 10 course. The two teachers, both Antonio and Agustin, have been incredible. Pleasant explanations about day-to-day problems and adjustments, to be applied as soon as you leave the workshop. During the course several cyclists have entered with different mechanical problems and the treatment received has been incredible. Also very affordable prices. The truth is a discovery as a workshop, a learning center about the world of bicycles and as an organizer of cycling trips.

Today I took a basic mechanics course and it was great. Very good content and explanations to understand the logic and then put it into practice. Very good treatment and explanations to encourage putting the knowledge learned into practice. I left my bike for repair two weeks ago and it was also very good After going through several workshops, I also value being an aunt much more. I have had experiences in workshops where they have explained things to the friend (man) I was with even though I asked the questions or others in which they have treated me as if I did not know what an Allen wrench is (and they try to sell you more things for it). So I am very happy to find a workshop where I feel very comfortable dealing with and learning so much.

This place has changed for the worse, the attention is already painful. I called to reserve a bike like I did many other times. They called after 7 in the afternoon and asked to reserve a bike for the next day, it was confirmed by them, asking for name, surname, telephone number and pick-up time. It was said to pick it up between 7:15 p.m. and 7:45 p.m. and they didnt have any problems. The next day I went and found a person who is not from the bike shop telling me that they left at 7:00 p.m. Its embarrassing, that it sticks to something and they say yes and then you go and find that they leave you stranded. I have not received a call yet with an apology or the same day to report, which they used to do for anything. 1 and no more. What this store was and what it has become.
