We had a great time doing the Segway tour of Retiro Park with William. He taught the four of us how to ride the Segway and made sure we were comfortable before beginning the tour. William took us throughout the park, explaining the history as we went. 10/10 and would highly recommend this company!

Miguel is an amazing tour guide. We had our tour on Segway with him and he explained better than anyone we experienced here. He is funny and very helpful and can refer some places for you. He even helped to book one of the most amazing busy restaurants in Madrid.

"Not just for the retirees! Awesome Segway tour!" We were a group of guys (ages 19-26), and let me tell you, this tour was an absolute blast! Our guide Philipp was super cool and laid-back, making the whole experience fun from start to finish. If you think Segway tours are just for the older crowd, think again - this is a must-do for young people too! The tour through the park was the perfect mix of adventure and chill vibes. 10/10 for fun, and at only 29EUR for an hour, it's a steal. Highly recommend it!
We walked this morning in Retiro Park and decided to take a Segway trip. Within an hour Retiro Magic arranged a trip for us with the guide Alen . After Short and precise instruction by very nice young women we set off with Alen who was professional and patient and gave us a very experiential tour around the park+perfect pictures. Great quality vehicles and a very fair and generous pricing system. We expected to pay for a 1 hour rental, but after returning the karts after 30 minutes we found that we only had to pay for 30 minutes. Very generous and unexpected from such a tourist focused business. Thank you
