Great rental experience. Staff was very attentive and friendly, the pick up process was swift and easy, and the car was in great condition when we got it. David walked us through the car's condition and encouraged us to document it ourselves in order to avoid any future confusion. This was the most convenient and customer-friendly rental experience I have had in Europe. David was superb and had all paperwork drawn up for the scheduled pick up time. We were in and out in <15 minutes. The car was very well maintained and met all expectations especially considering it included full coverage insurance and a second driver for less than the price of a basic rental from one of the bigger agencies. I highly recommend renting here.
The staff at this location were incredible! I had to rent a car at the last minute for a group trip I was running late for. I walked in and was greeted with the best hospitality I've received in Madrid thus far. It's been a while since I've driven a manual transmission, and there was only one automatic available-- but it had just been returned and was still dirty. Knowing I was in a hurry, David went and cleaned out the car himself and got me on my way as fast as he could! If I could give this place 100 stars I would! Can't recommend them enough. Thank you so much for the wonderful service. I'll definitely be back for future rentals!
