Lo dicho aqui en Delicias mala atencion y mentira del chico que contesta el telefono. Por otro lado la chica que vino a entregar cruzo furgonetas y un rato de espera. Muy importante fotos a las furgo no te intente cobrar golpes ajenos.

La verdad es que la gestion con esta empresa ha tenido una de cal y otra de arena. La entrega fue muy puntual y la furgoneta tenia muy poco tiempo e iba muy bien, pero tuvimos un problema con esta. Cuando abrimos el porton por la tarde noche notamos que olia mucho a basura, tal que era bastante incomodo dentro de la furgoneta. Esa misma noche mande un mensaje y un whatsapp al telefono que tenia de ellos para comentarles lo que pasaba y que me cambiaran al dia siguiente la furgoneta porque asi no se podia circular. Al no recibir respuesta les estuve llamando al dia siguiente 10 veces y me fue imposible contactar con ellos, por lo que me toco comprar seis absorbe olores del Mercadona para que disimularan un poco el olor. De ahi que le ponga tres estrellas, porque nos toco hacer el viaje oliendo a basura y porque nos fue imposible contactar con ellos para que solucionaran el problema. Esta vez se pudo continuar malamente, pero y ?si hubiese sido algo que imposibilitase mover el vehiculo? Esto lo tienen que mejorar Respecto a lo que decia algun comentario sobre la devolucion de los depositos, en eso no he tenido problemas y han sido muy rapidos. Espero sirva este comentario para que subsanen la cuestion de poder contactar con ellos, porque el servicio con ellos en persona fue bueno y los precios son muy competitivos. Gracias

Pongo 1 estrella por que no me deja poner menos! Experiencia fatal, no se dejen enganar por el precio, siempre van a buscar maneras de cobrarte por algo esta vez fue por que la reserva estaba a mi nombre y no era yo la que iba a conducir, ni siquiera iba a pagar el conductor adicional que era lo mas logico, iba a pagar seguro premium por ser otro el conductor, el conductor que iba su pasaporte (Italiano)estaba vencido y tenia solo NIE (tarjeta comunitaria )y su licencia espanola y no nos dieron la furgoneta, es que el problema no solamente es ese, si no todo el tiempo que te hacen perder, no te dan solucion a nada osea todo el rato yo, vale como podemos solucionarlo? De ellos no sale decir 'puedes conseguir otro conductor?' 'puedes venir mas tarde tranquila!' para calmar un poco y hacer mas amena la experiencia usuario ellos simplemente a cualquier incidencia que tengas enseguida te dicen que perderas el dinero de la reserva, la chica que nos atendio en el mostrador todo el rato nos decia debes llamar a reservas y cuando yo llamaba y no podia solucionar nada hablaba con ella de vuelta y me decia es que yo sabia que no ibas a poder solucionar nada por la web! Jugaba conmigo y mi tiempo. Para gestionar alguna solucion sobre la reserva y no perder el dinero intento volver a llamar att al cliente siendo mi satisfaccion NULA ya que siempre te comunicas con un bot nunca con un operador cuando ya estoy super cabreado me dice la chica del mostrador marca al numero 1 como si fueses a hacer una reserva nueva y ahi si que te lo coge un operador... sabiendo que tengo rato intentando comunicarme con un operador me lo dice al final cuando ya me canso y le pregunto que por que en las opciones que marcaba no podia comunicarme con un operador, al final se han quedado con mi dinero y no me han dado solucion alguna.
