The service was excellent! Bus drivers were amazing, very helpful, and on time! The company provides water bottles (cold and room temperature) for all the passengers. We were a group of 12 people (plus luggage) and we could perfectly fit in a minibus. Very safe environment, quick response to our demand and exceptional prices. We strongly recommend it!

Recogida en aeropuerto, mi vuelo llego con 45 minutos de retraso mas los problemas de pasar los controles casi 1'50h mas, sali de muy mal humor. En la salida de la terminal me estaba esperando un conductor que el pobre llevaria casi dos horas de pie, me atendio super amable, me ayudo con el equipaje y en el interior del coche habia agua fria. Todo excelente. Servicio de mucha calidad.

The worst customer service I have ever received in my life. We had a communication failure and they reserved the service for the night before my event. When I realized it, I wrote to them running and talked to the driver so he wouldnt go. The driver didnt come and thanked me for letting him know. When I spoke with the company they told me that they were going to charge me in full for the service because they had provided it. 1 - the service was not performed, it was confirmed by the driver. 2 - they did not offer me any solution 3 - They stopped responding to my calls and emails asking for a solution or at least a refund for part of the service (even if it was gasoline). As of today (one month later) they have not returned a single cent to me and they still do not respond to my emails/whatsapps. I have never had a worse experience, I do not recommend them at all.

Cuando me di cuenta, les escribi corriendo y hable con el conductor para que no fuera. El conductor no fue y me dio las gracias por avisarle. Cuando hable con la empresa me dijeron que me iban a cobrar el servicio en su totalidad porque lo habian proporcionado. 1 - el servicio no se realizo, lo tenia confirmado por el conductor. 2 - no me ofrecieron ninguna solucion 3 - dejaron de responder a mis llamadas e emails pidiendo una solucion o por lo menos la devolucion de parte del servicio (aunque fuera la gasolina). A dia de hoy (un mes despues) no me han devuelto ni un centimo y siguen sin contestarme a los emails/whatsapps. Jamas he tenido una peor experiencia, no les recomiendo en absoluto.

They didnt call any of them and after waiting (according to them) 1 hour from the landing time (it landed 40 minutes before the scheduled time) they left without warning, without even apologizing. The Lady had to wait for the assistance service (wheelchair) to get off the plane, and when she got out there was no one there. Inadmissible. Unreliable service, avoid.
