Hay otras opciones mejores!!! Resumo mi experiencia. - Tiene un precio elevado alquiler. - La furgonetas son basicas, no tienen camara trasera o como minimo sensores de aparcamiento, el asiento del conductor solo se mueve adelante o atras, etc etc ETC. NO TE ENTREGAN EL DEPOSITO LLENO Y CLARO LUEGO HAY LIO es una forma de cobrarte un servicio de un producto que echa el cliente; me explico la gasolina la paga el cliente, cuando despues no cuadra con lo anotado te cobran; osea de 100 alquileres si 50 no cuadra con lo que ellos dicen te cobran -en mi caso 21,24EUR- ( 1062EUR LIMPIOS QUE SE QUEDA LA EMPRESA )se queda la empresa sin poner nada y sin moverse del sitio -EL GASOIL LO ECHA EL CLIENTE Y NO LA EMPRESA-

El que quiera alquilar un furgon, camion, con o sin trampilla, que no lo dude. Aqui te tratan bien. Buenos vehiculos. Buenas condiciones. Hasta 400 kilometros al dia, muy pocos son los q t dan tantos km. En definitiva, no te dejan tirado, compromiso y fiabilidad. Muy buenos

Necesitabamos un carrozado de 15m3 para nuestra mudanza de Madrid a Benidorm. Lo primero que me impresiono era que la reserva y el pago en linea era muy facil /hice la reserva por la noche/. Tenia dudas y pensaba que el dia siguiente podria encontrarme con algo como "lo sentimos mucho pero el carrozado no esta disponible", pero no tenia otra opcion, porque el dia antes de mi mudanza nos hemos dado cuenta que con la furgoneta que hemos reservado una semana antes en otra compania teniamos que hacer dos viajes por no caber todo lo que teniamos que llevar. El dia siguiente de OneFurgo han confirmado la reserva, nos han recibido muy bien, han respondido de nuestras dudas - un servicio de atencion al cliente de alta altura. El segundo punto mu,y positivo es que se podia pagar la reserva y la fianza con tarjeta de debito tambien /en diferencia con otras empresas donde solo permiten de credito/. El tercer punto muy positivo para nosotros es que te permiten hacer el seguro a todo riesgo sin franquicia. Mas positivos: nos han dado informacion que ha sido muy util para el viaje; Se podria alquilar un carretilla que nos ha ayudado mucho. En general - muchas gracias a todo el equipo de OneFurgo que hace su trabajo lo mejor posible. Un saludo
We needed a 15m3 body for our move from Madrid to Benidorm. The first thing that impressed me was that online booking and payment was very easy /I made the reservation at night/. I had doubts and I thought that the next day I could find something like "we are very sorry but the body is not available", but I had no other option, because the day before my move we realized that with the van that we have reserved a Week before in another company we had to make two trips because we couldn't fit everything we had to carry. The next day OneFurgo confirmed the reservation, they received us very well, they answered our questions - high-level customer service. The second very positive point is that you could pay the reservation and the deposit with a debit card as well /unlike other companies where they only allow credit/. The third very positive point for us is that they allow you to take out comprehensive insurance without excess. More positive: they have given us information that has been very useful for the trip; You could rent a wheelbarrow which has helped us a lot. Alquile una furgoneta grande y un carrozado hace muy poco. El trato, atencion, estado de los vehiculos, informacion sobre el alquiler y sobre el propio vehiculo fueron buenisimos, les llame para que me informaran antes de alquilar sobre las medidas y cuando recogi el vehiculo lo midieron delante de mi. Definitivamente volveria a alquilar.
