ZERO STAR! They gave us a very dirty car. It's been 3 months we still haven't seen our deposits back. When calling them to all their different advertised phone numbers, it is a machine operated menu, but using different women voices, and never giving the option to speak to a costumer service representative or how to get claim your deposit back. What a shame! - Do not trust OK MOBILITY!
I have rented Kawasaki Vulcan S, it came brand new 1ith less then 1k Km. Moto was as it supposed to be as new. Seat was uncomfortable but it went out after 200km. Motocycle worked great, apart from that i had no problems with renting. I'v got all information upfront with clear indication what is paid for what. Return of deposit was done in 10min, as I returned clean motocycle with full tank after almost 1300km done. Parking is on the other side of same street where you have petrol station and car wash, like 2min walk(5min if you are unlucky with light) i dont think it is a problem. Especially if you keep in mind that You dont have to visit office when returning vehicle. Prices are very good compered to others.
Every time I need to get a car is a different problem or process that is not included in their FAQ or doesn't even make sense. It's funny when you clearly see a guy that didn't want to be working at that time in the morning and can ruin the mood of all the clients in the store. If you want a proper treatment, go to a different place. It's not worth it the price difference, I would pay more for a decent service.
Terrible experience since the minute we got into the store. The first colleague was very rude, we got the motorcycle and the right mirror was all loose, very dangerous!! The seat did not hold and felt over the helmet and broke the visor (somehow, very poor quality or it was broken already we will never know) and we got to pay a new helmet more expensive that the market value (costs 45EUR we had to pay 75EUR) The guys were VERY rude and impolite talking to us and I got mad. Even one was looking with bad eyes, I said not to look that way and the obvious child enswer came "it's my look". Said something in Spanish and went away of the storage. Only the girl from the garage was nice and polite. Avoid this company, they are impolite, rude and they don't take care or even clean the material.
Hi, We rented a car from them and when we gave the car back they claimed we scratch the car (they had to use a torch to find it and it was so small is was probably there before). They charged us 360 EURO 5 minutes after we left and claimed it was already checked and valued. Be careful, I will not use them again.
I have to share this. I booked car with Mobility back in August 2023 and the experience wasn't good but today in May 2024 became the worst. The office is not that good, customer services wasn't the best, not easy to get the car from the office carrying luggage and kids. At return was the same, and having kids, of course the car was dirty but I had even a small vacuum and I planned to clean up as soon as I parked but the guys IMMEDIATELY took pictures and sent to the office to charge extra for cleaning. When I got to the office they were claiming EUR200 for cleaning and I showed my pictures they reduced to $100. We were tired, specially the kids, and we paid to move on. Again customer service attitude was not friendly or professional. Today I received a letter from Madrid City Hall, claiming EUR200 ticket for driving to return the car without the low emission permit (I don't live in Spain so I do not follow exactly the news). The fine was caused in Plaza Santa Barbara (near to Alonso Martinez square). I just followed google maps to returned the car. How am I supposed to return the car? It's not my fault that OK Mobility didn't have all the permits. My information has been sent to Madrid City Hall and I got the ticket today. I tried to call OK Mobility but it's a machine and I couldn't talk to anybody. I went to the website and the claims should be in person. How am I going to address my complain if I live abroad??? Very very bad service and I travel and rent cars a lot. I wish my situation could be taken care.
There are several problems with this point. The first - it is very stuffy in the office (where documents are processed and signed). Another is the cars they rent out: I booked a Seat Ibiza (the smallest one for moving around the city) - they gave me an MG SUV, I booked an Audi A1 - they gave me a Peugeot 3008. I am speechless. Every time I say that I need a small car for the city, but they never try to help. The fact that the cars are not near the office where the keys are given is a separate problem. Yes, the cars have a lot of scratches, etc., so I recommend taking out insurance so that they don't hang it on you.
I'm a regular customer of OK Mobility throughout EU It was the first time that I book a rental and I had to pay for upgrade as they didn't have the car I booked. Other then that,everything was fine
