He ido algunas veces a alquilar un coche. Sin embargo, el ultimo sabado que he ido pasaron varias cosas: 1. Habiamos reservado para una hora y el coche no estaba listo, debi esperar 20 minutos. 2. Cuando me ensenan el coche, era uno que estaba en mal estado y adicionalmente sucio. 3. Al manifestar esta situacion a una chica alta (no tenia uniforme) me ha tratado de muy mala manera. 4. Al final me han dado otro coche de muy mala gana, practicamente como si yo no estuviera pagando por un buen servicio. Preferire alquilar en otra agencia, porque a esta, no vuelvo mas.
