Best rental car service ever in Europe. Highly recommended to anyone. They gave us a free upgrade to premium SUV

I've booked a SUV online. The day I checked in, they told me they have no SUV available, only small cars available and they "are sorry". Sorry ? I've booked, I've travelled to your agency and you are sorry ? I am chocked by the way rental car agencies handle their reservations and customer care

I booked a SUV big and nice car, and I had to stick with a small ecconomy car. I booked an electric car for 9:00 am but the car "was not ready" and by 9:45 am in National - plaza Espana they told me I can take it with 50% charge or to waut 4 more hours for fully charge. In addition they offer me to replace this car with the only avalible car - a small ecconomy car, and refunded me for the differences... only 15 euros /day. Plus I booked unlimites milage and I found out the new small car has a limit of 350km per day. It's a scam. One more thing - I booked automatic car - and I got a manual one as well... I wrote today to the manager with no reply, if they will - I will update my review.

The best national we have been toooo SARA and Pedro in the counter and Emma and everyone else have a smile, they help out, they coach for best option, I would rent again just for the pleasure of meeting these people again

The customer service was great, but the car that I reserved was not available. They gave me a different one (electric one). I had to go back hours later to exchange it.

It's a little hard to find. Go to the side of the station, Barcelona street, go down the ramp, all the way until the end. You will see signs saying car drop off but not pick up. National is the one at the end of the parking lot. The people were great

Didn't had the car we had booked. The car I got had an empty tank. Only one person upstairs and one in the parking. Hughe queue. The location of the office was incorrect in Google maps. No emerald service or whatsoever. Didn't feel like National at all, very sub par service...
