Reserve con mis amigas una furgoneta Mercedes de lujo para ir al aeropuerto, servicio excelente y sorprendentemente mas economico que si hubiesemos cogido dos taxis. Ademas el conductor super educado y aseado. Para repetir sin duda. Menudo descubrimiento.
I booked a luxury Mercedes van with my friends to go to the airport, excellent service and surprisingly cheaper than if we had taken two taxis. In addition, the driver was super polite and neat. To repeat without a doubt. What a discovery.
Be very careful. They quote you a price on phone and then bill you more later. For example, 369 euros for 9 hours to Avila and Segovia from Madrid. We had extra time so had driver take us to Salamanca. Arrived back in Madrid with five minutes to spare. Then we're charged and extra 199 euros for adding mileage even though we had paid for and did not go over 9 hours. When I called they said our confirmation indicated how many miles were included. However on the phone when reserving no mention ever made of miles, only hours. Also we paid for luxury car. One one occasion our driver, although very nice, was inexperienced. Did not know where to park, how to get places, etc. He would frequently stop to ask locals and on two separate occasions dropped us off too far from where we were going stating no cars were allowed closer. Lied. Cars were closer. Terrible phone customer service. Don't care about your complaint. Have an excuse for everything. No personal Responsibility or apology.
Very poor customer service. Firstly, they charge much more than the set prices between airport and city centre (despite offering the exact same service as any regular taxi). Secondly, their staff are rude and incompetent. Thirdly, you easily end up struggling to locate the driver, and then waiting for more than 30 min for them to send the driver. One of the worst taxi services ever encountered!

Como mujer de David Masip y principal afectada por el pesimo servicio dire lo siguiente: La reserva se hizo con 10 dias de antelacion, acordando que vendria un Mercedes y que el servicio duraria unas 4/5 horas, de Barcelona a Calella haciendo alguna parada por el camino. El coche no solo llego 40 minutos tarde sino que encima era un Skoda, con un conductor que se negaba a hacer el servicio completo porque nadie le habia avisado, que para mas inri no dejaba de hablar y pedirme comida. Me exigia invitarle al convite porque no le habia dado tiempo de comer. Se negaba a llevarme hasta el final de la ruta y aun menos quedarse las 4 horas contratadas. ?Podeis imaginaros mi cara y nerviosismo ese dia? ?Podeis creeros lo que vivi? Un chofer que no dejaba de hablar y hacerme preguntas mientras se quejaba de que no le daba de comer y de que era demasiado rato. A mitad del servicio, cuando consegui llegar a un sitio seguro, le invite a irse y no volver. Una locura de dia. Y senores de Ares Moviles, no me pidan que reserve con 12h de antelacion porque se hizo con mucho mas tiempo y se confirmo el mismo dia dos horas antes de la acordada para la recogida. Atentamente, una novia felizmente casada que llego a su destino en coche propio y decorado. Por si no lo he comentado, no me dejo colgarle unos lazos ni siquiera entrar y sentarme hasta que no verificara con sus jefes que tenia que estar 4h conmigo (yo a pleno sol cargada con cajas).

And gentlemen of Ares Moviles, do not ask me to reserve 12 hours in advance because it was done with much more time and it was confirmed on the same day two hours before the agreed pickup time. Sincerely, a happily married bride who arrived at her destination in her own decorated car. In case I haven't mentioned it, he didn't let me hang some ribbons on him or even come in and sit down until he verified with his bosses that he had to spend 4 hours with me (me in full sun loaded with boxes).
Frauds, thieves, and liars! I booked my airport to hotel transfer with Ares Mobile thru Expedia. Flight arrived at 10:30 p.m. with a tired family and sick kid. Went to the Ares Mobile counter only to be told that despite by reservation, they had no vehicles available for at least two hours! Same for the half dozen people in line behind me. They assured me of a full refund, "just call Expedia," so I cancelled the return trip. Two weeks later, still no refund. After 70 minutes on the phone with Expedia, Ares Mobile agrees to refund me only half my fare. Because my return trip was less than 96 hours from my flight arrival, I hadn't cancelled in time to they charged me for the return trip, they first told the Expedia agent. Then, they claimed that they had sent the return trip vehicle, but we weren't there. So, which story is it, Ares? It is clear, the story is that you are not reliable, and then after screwing over clients with unavailable service, you screw them over again with fake charges and lies. Clients beware!
Nos recogieron a la hora prevista, el coche estaba limpio, me dieron agua, internet y el conductor fue majo.
They picked us up at the scheduled time, the car was clean, they gave me water, internet and the driver was nice.
