Fueron un poco lentos en la entrega, pero nos dieron una furgoneta de las donadas para Valencia y el chico nos la limpio a fondo, hice fotos y videos de los desperfectos, por si se les pasaba algo, pero la entregue y sin problema ellos ya lo habian anotado en la hoja. Todo perfecto. Por cierto la cogi por la web para recoger a las 8:00 que es cuando abren por eso tenia a personas delante y tardaron un poco mas, no se como sera el resto de horas
They were a little slow with the delivery, but they gave us one of the vans donated to Valencia and the guy cleaned it thoroughly. I took photos and videos of the damage, in case they missed something, but I delivered it and they did it without a problem. They had written it down on the sheet. Everything perfect. By the way, I picked it up online to pick it up at 8:00, which is when they open, so I had people in front of me and it took a little longer, I don't know what the rest of the hours will be like.
La verdad no entiendo tanta reserva mala. Me han atendido esta manana con la mejor disposicion y amabilidad y eso que estaban hasta arriba. Respecto a los vehiculos, el que me han entregado estaba impecable y el resto los vi por encima y no parecian tan hechos polvo. 100% recomendados

VERGONZOSO!!!!! La peor empresa para alquilar una furgoneta!! El 20 de julio alquile una furgoneta, visualmente estaba para que la llevaran al desguace, vieja y llena de golpes . Me la dieron en la reserva, tuve que echar gasolina en la primera gasolinera que encontre. Despues de tenerla cargada no arrancaba, tuvimos que llamar al servicio tecnico, nos dijeron que estaba averiada ( que ya habian ido varias veces a por esta misma) y que se la tenia que llevar la grua ( con mis enseres dentro y sin posibilidad de cerrarla) . Como era sabado y no trabajan, NO nos dieron ninguna solucion. Por lo que a las 14h de la tarde y a 40o tuve que ir a otra empresa Herzt ( que funciona mil veces mejor) a alquilar otra y en mitad de la calle hacer el traspaso. Despues de esta experiencia tan pesima , solo me quedo conocer su servicio de atencion al cliente que es aun peor si cabe, he realizado 67 llamadas telefonicas, he enviado correos, me he presentado presencialmente en su sede y nadie te soluciona NADA!! Se pasan la pelota de unos a otros. Mas de dos meses despues todavia estoy esperando que me devuelvan el dinero de la furgoneta y de la gasolina con la que se fue a la carpa. Porque la perdida de tiempo y el dinero en contratar otra ya estan perdidos. En fin, hay mil empresas , NO contrateis esta que es la mas cutre!!!
SHAMEFUL!!!!! The worst company to rent a van!! On July 20 I rented a van, visually it was ready to be taken to the scrapyard, old and full of beats. They gave it to me in the reserve, I had to get gas at the first gas station I found. After having it loaded it didn't start, we had to call the technical service, they told us that it was broken (they had already gone to get it several times) and that the tow truck had to take it away (with my belongings inside and without the possibility of closing it ). Since it was Saturday and they didn't work, they DID NOT give us any solution. So at 2pm and at 40o I had to go to another Herzt company (which works a thousand times better) to rent another one and do the transfer in the middle of the street. After this terrible experience, I only had to know their customer service, which is even worse if possible, I have made 67 phone calls, I have sent emails, I have appeared in person at their headquarters and no one can solve ANYTHING for you!! They pass the ball from one to another. More than two months later I am still waiting for my money back for the van and the gasoline he used to go to the tent. Because the loss of time and money in hiring another one is already lost. Anyway, there are a thousand companies, DO NOT hire this one, which is the cheesiest!!!
Buen servicio y muy amables tanto en la entrega como en la atencion por telefono. Se me quedo sin bateria y el servicio tecnico llego rapidisimo y me lo arreglo al instante. La flota son furgonetas para mudanzas, no puedes esperar que esten nuevas y sin desperfectos, pero son perfectas para lo que estan destinadas.
Good service and very friendly both in delivery and in telephone service. I ran out of battery and the technical service arrived very quickly and fixed it for me instantly. The fleet is moving vans, you can't expect them to be new and without damage, but they are perfect for what they are intended for.
Me ha tocado una camioneta en muy buen estado, aunque el usuario anterior la entrego llena de pelos de perro y tal cual me la entregaron a mi sin haberla limpiado. Para alquilarla hay que tener un poco de paciencia porque solo hay una chica haciendolo todo. Lo estaba pasando mal porque entre el telefono que no para de repicar, atender a quienes estabamos ahi y a quienes llegaban, hacer los contratos de alquiler, fotocopias, recibir las furgonetas que regresan...una sola persona no da a basto. Lo pasa mal el empleado, el cliente y repercute en la empresa misma porque la atencion al cliente en estas condiciones no es la mejor.
I got a truck in very good condition, although the previous user delivered it full of dog hair and as is, they delivered it to me without having cleaned it. To rent it you have to have a little patience because there is only one girl doing everything. I was having a hard time because between the phone that never stops ringing, attending to those of us who were there and those who arrived, making the rental contracts, photocopies, receiving the vans that return... one person is not enough. The employee and the customer have a hard time and it has an impact on the company itself because customer service under these conditions is not the best.

Staff were nice and friendly, however, they are overworked and never answer the phone. The van I rented was not in any condition for someone to drive it. The glass was broken, bangs and scratches everywhere. There were things falling apart, sounds in the engine, temperature gauges going up. It's a shame that the people renting these vans treat them badly and don't take care of them, but what's worse is that Telefurgo allows the vans to be rented again eve though they are dangerous and should be fixed before they are put again on the road. However, u fortunately, they don't want to fix the vans so they don't lose any money but what about peoples' safety?
