Vaya verguenza de empresa, resulta que hago una reserva sobre la pagina y me llaman para decirme que no disponen de esa furgoneta que nunca la han tenido y que la solucion es otro modelo mas pequeno y el doble de precio. Vaya seriedad de empresa. Concretamente la agencia de Rivas para que lo tengais en cuenta....

El servicio ofrecido es estupendo, con Enrique como encargado siempre atento a todo y facilitando todo el proceso. La fianza se devolvio al dia siguiente de dejar la furgoneta (una transaccion que en otras ocasiones demoran mas de lo previsto...). la furgoneta que alquilamos estaba muy bien cuidada y no tuvimos ningun problema. Seguro que repetimos!

Todo conforme a lo acordado y contratado unos dias antes. La recogida de la furgoneta y la entrega despues de hacer el trabajo, se realizo en un sabado. La furgoneta era muy nueva y con muy pocos kilometros. Todo fue de forma muy facil y rapida de acuerdo con lo pactado. Si necesito alquilar una furgoneta, no tengo la menor de duda de que repetire con ellos. Muy formales y eficientes en todos los sentidos.

No podemos estar mas satisfechos. Tanto la firma de contrato, la entrega y la devolucion son muy comodas para el usuario. El vehiculo en perfecto estado. De hecho alquile para un domingo y me dieron todas las facilidades aunque la oficina cierra ese dia. El servicio esta bien de precio y la devolucion de fianza fue inmediata. Muy recomendable.

Creo que es el sitio donde mas facil me lo han puesto para alquilar un vehiculo. Reserve en Iberfurgo online porque necesitaba alquilar una furgoneta grande para un domingo. A los pocos minutos hable con Kike por telefono y me dijo que ellos no trabajaban en domingo pero que podian igualmente dejarlo todo preparado para recoger y devolver el vehiculo el mismo dia. Envie toda la documentacion (DNI, carnet de conducir y datos de mi tarjeta de debito virtual) por whatsapp y el gestiono todo. El domingo me dieron en el parking las llaves y el contrato para firmarlo y devolverlo con el vehiculo. Como no tenian disponibles furgonetas grandes, nos dejaron un camion carrozado por el mismo precio. En fin, todo facilidades y exquisita atencion.

I sent all the documentation (ID, driver's license and my virtual debit card details) via WhatsApp and he managed everything. On Sunday they gave me the keys and the contract in the parking lot to sign and return with the vehicle. Since they didn't have large vans available, they gave us a truck for the same price. In short, all facilities and exquisite attention.
