He intentado reservar por la web y ni te contestan. He llamado por telefono 3 veces y pasan de atender y te ponen una musica. Les he escrito por wassap y pasan de contestar. De flipar.

reserve una furgoneta con una semana de antelacion, el dia derecojer, y hablar con el empleado de mis necesidades me aconsejo el modelo , y acerto plemamente, tanto en la recojida como en la entrega fueron rapidos, concisos, claros y amables en todo momento, muchas gracias por todo.

Absolutamente impresentables. El pasado sabado, dia 8 de julio reserve una furgoneta para manana, viernes dia 14 de julio. No me enviaron email de confirmacion, ni nadie me llamo, a pesar de que, al acabar la reserva, me ponia que se pondrian en contacto conmigo. Ayer, miercoles 12 de julio, viendo que nadie me llamaba, llame yo. Me dijeron que si tenian furgonetas y que me llamarian a lo largo de la manana. No me llamaron. Esta manana, viendo que no me llamaban y que la furgoneta la necesito para manana, les he enviado un WhatsApp. Me han contestado diciendome que no tenian ninguna furgoneta. A pesar de que hace 5 dias si pude reservar por la web y de que ayer me dijeron que si tenian y que me confirmarian la va reserva. Son unos impresentables. Afortunadamente, despues de buscar en varios sitios he conseguido reservar en otro lugar en el que son mas serios y, ademas, mas baratos.
Absolutely unpresentable. Last Saturday, July 8th, I reserved a van for tomorrow, Friday, July 14th. They did not send me a confirmation email, nor did anyone call me, even though, upon completing the reservation, they told me that they would contact me. Yesterday, Wednesday, July 12, seeing that no one was calling me, I called. They told me that they did have vans and that they would call me throughout the morning. They didn't call me. This morning, seeing that they didn't call me and that I need the van for tomorrow, I sent them a WhatsApp. They answered me telling me that they did not have any van. Despite the fact that 5 days ago I was able to reserve on the website and that yesterday they told me that they did have them and that they would confirm my reservation. They are unpresentable. Fortunately, after searching on several sites I have managed to book somewhere else that is more serious and also cheaper.
Necesitabamos una furgoneta para hacer una mudanza y nos orientaron en todo, muy flexibles. Muy recomendables y formales. Si necesito una furgo, sin duda son la mejor opcion.
