Trabajamos en produccion de eventos y estar con esta empresa es como tener una persecucion en cuanto a renovaciones y pretenden cobrar una fianza por cada dia de alquiler y pretenden que se entregen los coches aspirados y lavados algo que jamas hacen en ellos y tienen el descaro de cobrar 60EUR adicionales.
We work in event production and being with this company is like having a chase in terms of renovations and they try to charge a deposit for each day of rental and they want the cars to be delivered vacuumed and washed, something they never do with them and they have the nerve to charge an additional EUR60.
Nada recomendable cambian de precio a su manera y los coches en malas condiciones

Los coches los entregan demasiados sucios y las fianzas las tardan muchisimo en entregarselas y esperan que uno alquiler el coche todo el fin de semana simplemente porque no abren los domingos como la mayoria de empresas de alquiler, la atencion es buena por parte de la mujer y un chico.
The cars are delivered too dirty and the deposits take a long time to deliver and they expect you to rent the car all weekend simply because they are not open on Sundays like most rental companies, the service is good on the part of the woman and a boy
Furgonetas muy nuevas y bien de precio. Lo unico negativo ha sido que han tardado una semana en devolver la fianza.

Todo perfecto, la comunicacion rapida y clara. Los vehiculos estaban en perfecto estado y las personas que me atendieron fueron super amables. La devolucion de la fianza fue casi inmediata. Totalmente recomendable

100% recomendable por la atencion y la preocupacion por el cliente. Nos dieron una furgoneta al instante para una mudanza (tuvimos problemas de ultima hora con otra compania) y a la hora de devolverla nos rehicieron los calculos de la tarifa por haber vuelto un dia antes y nos reembolsaron el dinero correspondiente alli mismo. La furgoneta que cogimos era grande (nos entro toda la mudanza sin problema) y muy comoda de manejar. Sin duda recomendaremos Iberfurgo a amigos. Muchas gracias por todo!
100% recommended for the attention and concern for the client. They gave us a van instantly for a move (we had last minute problems with another company) and when it came time to return it they recalculated the rate for having returned a day early and refunded us the corresponding money right there. The van we took was large (we accommodated the entire move without a problem) and very comfortable to drive. We will definitely recommend Iberfurgo to friends. Many thanks for everything!
Alquiler para mudanza. Todo han sido facilidades. Trato inmejorable. Nos recomendaron el tamano y acertaron (mas pequena de lo que pensabamos). Sin problemas con la devolucion (no como en otras companias) y te devuelven la fianza en el acto. Ademas la furgoneta estaba a estrenar. Desde luego si nos hace falta repetiriamos.
Rent to move. Everything has been easy. Unbeatable treatment. They recommended the size to us and they were right (smaller than we thought). No problems with the return (not like other companies) and they return the deposit immediately. Plus the van was brand new. Of course, if we need to, we would repeat.
No alquilen en Iberfurgo. Lo barato sale caro. Habia reservado con dos semanas de antelacion y me iban a dar una furgoneta Nissan un sabado cuando abrian. La Nissan se quedo sin Blue ad. Y no conseguian hacerla arrancar. Tenian que haber ido al servicio oficial. Pero no, perdimos casi dos horas y me mandaron para Iberfurgo Torrejon que para colmo estaba cerrado. Un autentico desproposito. MUCHO CUIDADO. Ustedes sabran lo que hacen.
Do not rent at Iberfurgo. Cheap is expensive. I had booked two weeks in advance and they were going to give me a Nissan van on a Saturday when they opened. Nissan was left without Blue ad. And they couldn't get it to start. They had to have gone to the official service. But no, we lost almost two hours and they sent me to Iberfurgo Torrejon, which was closed to make matters worse. A real nonsense. GREAT CARE. You will know what you do.
