Las chica que me atendio: encantadora. Pero no entiendo el porque de necesitar la tarjeta credito/debito fisica para poder llevarte el vehiculo. Lo contrate a traves de una plataforma web llamada "Doyouspain" que me parece un timo; estuve intentando contactar con ellos para intentar solucionar el problema y no atendieron mis numerosas llamadas. Tr dejan en espera con la opcion correspondiente y puedes estar horas o dias esperando porque no te atienden. Si fuera un motivo grave, no me quiero imaginar la angustia que puede suponer..
The girl who helped me: charming. But I don't understand why you need the physical credit/debit card to be able to take the vehicle. I hired him through a web platform called "Doyouspain" which seems like a scam to me; I was trying to contact them to try to solve the problem and they did not answer my numerous calls. They leave you on hold with the corresponding option and you can spend hours or days waiting because they don't attend to you. If it were a serious reason, I don't want to imagine the anguish it could cause.
A la espera de que devuelvan la fianza y se han hecho un cobro sin ninguna autorizacion de 38 euros que no sabemos de que y aun con el deposito lleno nos quisieron cobrar 20. Nada, ahora a ir detras de estos sin verguenzas a que nos devuelvan el dinero. NO ALQUILEIS NADA CON ESTA GENTE.

El acceso es un poco extrano, parece q entras por la puerta trasera. Hubo un tiempo, cuando algunas empresas de alquiler, por algun motivo, decidieron salir de la estacion de Atocha. Hertz fue una de ellas y este fue su lugar de alquiler de turismos. La entrada principal estaba en Delicias. Yo mismo fui a recoger y devolver alli un par de veces un turismo. Tenia varios mostradores. Ahora estan en el parking de Atocha Renfe. Quedando este lugar para el alquiler de los vehiculos industriales. El sr. q me ha atendido ha si competente e amable. El acceso para salir, o entrar en el parking no es complicado para quien esta acostumbrado, pero para quien no conduce habitualmente un vehiculo tipo furgon hay tener mas cuidado. La experiencia ha sido positiva. El vehiculo era practicamente nuevo y estaba muy limpio por dentro y fuera. El precio fue economico en comparacion con otras empresas si tenemos en cuenta precio-calidad-prestaciones. Lo recomiendo.
Access is a bit strange, it seems like you enter through the back door. There was a time when some rental companies, for some reason, decided to leave the Atocha station. Hertz was one of them and this was their car rental place. The main entrance was in Delicias. I myself went to pick up and return a car there a couple of times. It had several counters. Now they are in the Atocha Renfe parking lot. Leaving this place for the rental of industrial vehicles. Mr. who has treated me competently and kindly. Access to leave or enter the parking lot is not complicated for those who are used to it, but for those who do not usually drive a van-type vehicle, more care must be taken. The experience has been positive. The vehicle was practically new and very clean inside and out. The price was economical compared to other companies if we take into account price-quality-performance. I recommend it.

Lucked into a free upgrade. Friendly and fast service during pickup on a Tue at 3 PM. Generous and more than fair in dealing with some additional scratches on the car from driving in Andalusia. Would go there again next time I'm in Madrid. Fair warning: if the roads to this place in Madrid seem narrow, consider taking trains. Seville and Toledo but really any of the historic towns in southern Spain are far worse. So are the parking structures.

Servicio bastante bueno y rapido. Necesite alquilar un coche un dia para hacer un viaje. En 10 minutos ya teniamos el coche a buen precio y lo pudimos dejar en nuestro destino sin ningun tipo de problemas. En general ninguna queja, lo unico que se podria objetar es que tuvimos algun que otro problema para pagar con tarjeta de debito.
Pretty good and fast service. I needed to rent a car one day to take a trip. In 10 minutes we already had the car at a good price and we were able to leave it at our destination without any problems. In general, no complaints, the only thing that could be objected is that we had some problems paying with a debit card.
