Buena atencion del agente y de la oficina, pero muy descontento con la empresa en si, me cobraron 40 euros en gastos de gestion por una multa, lo cual es mandar mis datos a la entidad correspondiente de la multa, menudo atraco 40 euros solo por enviar unos datos.

Nos mintieron, nos dijeron que el coche que nos daban tenia ciertas caracteristicas y no eran las reales, poniendo en riesgo nuestra seguridad y afectando a nuestro itinerario considerablemente. Ademas de que nos entregaron un coche que no era el que reservamos. Tampoco se hicieron responsables. No lo volvere a contratar y no se lo recomiendo a nadie.
