Nos entregaron un vehiculo en mal estado que nos tuvieron que cambiar, lo entregamos con el deposito lleno y sin ningun dano ( contratamos un seguro por si acaso) Y a la hora de pasar la factura, nos cobraron lo que quisieron. Al pedir explicaciones me dicen que lo entregamos con danos y no me van a devolver el dinero.

Impresentables. Una reserva hecha hace 2 meses y cuando llego a recogerlo se lo habian llevado al aeropuerto por la alta demanda de estas fechas. Me ofrecen el unico coche que les queda, de un segmento superior, del que tengo que pagar la diferencia. Lo cojo por no tener otra alternativa ya q me voy de vacaciones. Me lo entregan sucio, sin revisar los niveles del limpia, etc.... Y para mas inri con un clavo en la rueda trasera. Lo dicho impresentables!!!!

Nlame por telefono para consultar lo del coche, y cuando volvi a hablar con el ya habia anulado mi solicitud y de muy malas formas me dijo con otras palabras que si era idiota para no saberlo conducir. Esto no es forma de atender un cliente. En la empresa de al lado vuestra pude alquilar sin problema. No recomiendo a nadie alquilar aqui.
