I had the wonderful experience of hiring a Tesla Model 3 with Future Drive. The collection process was very smooth, using their own application, and the communication was excellent. I had a number of questions, which were answered promptly, and I even adjusted my booking an hour or so before the start time. Finally, although I arrived late back to the city, they were happy to extend the drop-off time without a problem. 5/5.

Ill do it again! My family and I are delighted with the experience we had aboard a Tesla. And Im not exaggerating when I say that you will never look at a combustion vehicle the same way again. They are more technological, quieter, economical. As for the rental process, it is too simple and without cumbersome procedures, everything is done online. For a year I have been trying to redeem a gift voucher for two days of rental of a Tesla Model 3 (Road Trip), but whatever the date there has never been (nor is there) availability of vehicles... Since the voucher expires at the end of February, a month ago I contacted them to discuss this matter, and they told me that they would call me to find a solution... ...and no news from them yet.. :( Its easy to charge up front and then not provide any service, but that gives you an idea of the type of business this is... The worst thing about the case is that I cannot complain anywhere because it is a gift and I have not paid for it, but I have already mentioned this to the person who gave it to me so that they can contact them to try to get it they give you the money back. Frustrating and ultimately unpleasant experience -> Not recommended They are also already added to the never again list: Neither buy from them nor recommend them.

A fantastic experience! It was a birthday gift for my husband and he loved the Model Y. Eric guided us at all times. It is picked up in a parking lot, and opened with an application that they send you previously. Everything is easy, comfortable and secure through your mobile. The car was very clean and new. Driving is a blast; spacious, comfortable, silent. We will definitely repeat with the Model 3!

It is the second time I have rented, and I am very happy, not only because of the friendly treatment for any questions or needs, but also because of how clean they leave the car at each pick-up, and the ease of collecting and delivering the vehicle. Most importantly, their slogan is rent a Tesla as if it were yours, and they literally live up to it. Both access to the app and its use. Im serious, other companies have a lot of ifs and buts in the terms of use and they dont even let you access the app for use, they only contact you via a support ticket in the app, which in the end makes you a lot backwards. 100% recommended to rent from this company

The car is a great car but this doesnt have much merit because it is already a great car but it is cool that they have improved autopilot, for example. Clean and with a good smell. As for the marks, scratches and small dents, it is something that makes me a little angry because if they are not different in this aspect from the other car rental companies, they will have kept the deposit of the previous renters and have not fixed nothing, in fact, on the front bumper they had a botched black spray paint repair. And what I didnt like at all (and for which I give it 3 stars) NOR DO I RECOMMEND it is the communication with them. It cost me God, help and a triumph to be able to talk to Erik to change the reservation from a model 3 to a Y, about 6 calls on different days and times if I call you, leave me your name... and then once you get his phone and started the rental you talk to him on WhatsApp and he always leaves you read (with the two blue checks) but he never answers you, I had a question about the car and he didnt deign to answer, even if it would have been a call this phone number better. .. or something, I screwed up with the communication, very bad. If it is true that for the deposit after the rent he answered me quickly, it must be that he responds to what he gives importance to, to which he does not go beyond responding. And as I have read in some other review, it also happened to me that with the model 3, no matter what weekend it was, it told me that there was no availability, with the model Y there was availability, not much but there was something (it must be because it was more expensive and had less demand). I wont tell you not to rent the car from them but I wont encourage you to do so either.

En general podriamos decir que bien, una empresa moderna que trata de hacer todo mediante soportes informaticos y APPs. El coche es un cochazo pero esto no tiene mucho merito porque ya lo es de base pero mola que tengan el autopilot mejorado, por ejemplo. Limpio y con buen olor. En cuanto a las marcas, aranazos y pequenos golpecitos es una cosa que me da algo de rabia porque si no son diferentes en este aspecto a las demas empresas de alquiler de coches, se habran quedado con la fianza de los anteriores arrendatarios y no han arreglado nada, es mas en el paragolpes delantero tenian una chapuza de reparacion de pintura con spray negro. Y lo que no me ha gustado nada pero nada (y por lo que le doy 3 estrellas) NI LO RECOMIENDO es la comunicacion con ellos. Me costo dios, ayuda y un triunfo poder hablar con Erik para cambiar la reserva de un model 3 a un Y, como 6 llamadas en diferentes dias y horarios si ya te llamara dejame tu nombre... y luego una vez que consigues su telefono e iniciado elalquiler le hablas por wasap y siempre te deja leido (con los dos chech azules) pero nunca te responde, tuve una duda con el coche y no se digno a responder, aunque hubiese sido un llama a este telefono mejor... o algo, lo flipe con la comunicacion, malisima. Si que es cierto que para la fianza despues del alquiler me respondio rapido, debe ser que a lo que el le da importancia responde, a lo que no pasa de responder. Y como he leido en alguna otra resena, a mi tambien me paso que con el model 3, pusiera el fin de semana que pusiera me decia que no habia disponibilidad, con el model Y si que habia disponibilidad, no mucha pero algo habia (debe ser porque era mas caro y tenia menos demanda). No te dire que no les alquiles el coche pero tampoco te animare a ello.
