Mucha gente esta confundida y le ponen la resena a la empresa confundida. Esta empresa es Flexiauto 1898 S.L. se dedica al alquiler de vehiculos. Hay otra empresa que me tambien me estafo que se llama Flexiauto automocion 2017 S.L. se dedica al empeno de vehiculos, pero nunca los puedo recuperar Son unos verdaderos estafadores, pero estos de Flexiauto no tienen nada que ver. Yo contacte con ellos. El chico que me atendio fue muy amable y me explico que estan teniendo este problema por la similitud de los nombres. Esta empresa esta ubicada en el paseo de la Castellana en una de las Torres de cristal son gente seria, amable ademas solo se dedican al alquiler de vehiculos de lujo no tienen nada que ver con estos estafadores lo digo para la resenas que habeis puesto con quejas para que hagan efecto tendreis que ponerlas a la empresa que corresponde. Os dejo el nombre de los estafadores Flexiauto automocion 2017 S.L. esa es la verdadera empresa que deberiais poner las resenas para que todo el mundo lo vea y no puedan estafar a mas gente.

ESTAFADORES Y TRATO LAMENTABLE Hace unos meses me urgia un dinero y decidi empenar el coche en esta empresa a cambio de una cuantia. Hace unos dias les pague el dinero que me habian dejado y la cuota de cancelacion que habiamos acordado y asi reflejaba el contrato, para que cambiasen el nombre del titular del coche, pues bien, el encargado de realizar la cancelacion del contrato, un tal FERNANDO, primero me intenta estafar pidiendome mas dinero del que correspondia, sin dar explicaciones y con mensajes de audio con un prepotencia alucinante, una vez le paso los justificantes de pago y los pagos desglosados segun contrato me dice que esta correcto y que me llegara un SMS con un enlace para que yo firme y proceder al cambio de nombre. Pasan los dias y no me llega ningun SMS, le vuelvo hablar mediante WhatsApp para ver como esta la situacion y esto es lo que pasa (adjunto capturas de pantalla) por el medio de la conversacion hay una llamada telefonica que lo unico que hace es insultar e intentar menospreciarme diciendo que soy un inutil que no se mirar los SMS. (Jajaja) me rio por no llorar... habra gente mas mayor que no esta adaptada a las nuevas tecnologias y que seguramente no sepa realizar este tramite o le cueste mas y este energumeno en vez de ayudar a los clientes, lo que intenta es mofarse de ellos... Casualmente despues de escribirle y hablar por telefono con el me llega el deseado SMS ... (adjunto tambien captura del SMS que segun el me habian mandado 4 veces ...) No os recomiendo para nada esta empresa, atencion lamentable, a la minima opcion os intentan estafar ...

XFavor tener mucho cuidado son los mayores estafadores q hay.Se quedan con el dinero y con tu coche te enganan de una manera tan facil q no te enteras para quedarse con el coche tuyo como con el dinero prestado.Mucho cuidado.

Menuda estafa.... Me compro un Mercedes clase b AMG .No dejan probar el coche, una vez pagado el coche te reparan los defectos jaja eso dicen me pintan el coche pero lo difuminan gomas pintadas, etc. me pusieron una bateria de segunda mano, me dejaron las ruedas delanteras deformadas por que no estaba bien alineadas. La revision de B3 sin hacer, la tapiceria sucia, eso si el coche estuvo 3 meses en el taller , para sacarlo y ver que no hicieron todo, otra vez 2 meses mas al final tuve que hacer la revision , ruedas, yo aun estoy esperando que me lo abonen.Tanto el vendedor como el jefe de ventas dando excusas . Eso fue en Girona. Un saludo para estos personajes desde la desesperacion .p para una vez que compro en un concesionario.y encima veo que tiene 5 estrellas
