I rented a Tesla for 6 days at a good price, BUT: The car had a flat rear right wheel and the suspension arms creaked a lot. A famous Tesla defect that is fixed under warranty, but in this unit it was not fixed. During my 6 days of rental I spent 2 in Portugal and without having been informed of anything during the delivery they charged me EUR72 (EUR12/day) for having left Spain. To top it all off, even having told me, LITERALLY, that the advantage of electric cars is that I can return them empty at no extra charge, I receive a charge of EUR10.89 for electric charging (apart from those I carried out during my rental). THEY ARE NOT TRANSPARENT. If you book, clarify your doubts before leaving because they do not explain anything to you and then they charge you

Great service and attention, they have a large fleet, from small utility vehicles, 9-seater vans and cargo vans, I rented a new 9-seater van, Debora helped me, very quick in managing both the delivery and the collection, she explained it to me correctly the distribution of controls and their use. Unreliable and unprofessional information, because the money they retain as a deposit they tell you that they will release it in 2-5 days and when a week passes and you call they inform you that it can be up to three weeks and yes, before that they are also in charge of collecting the payment on that card if necessary. In the satisfaction survey they don't ask about any of this, and they send it before you can realize how long your money will be held.

I have rented a van, I set a time, I called to advance(pay) the time a couple of hours, and the solution cancels the reservation, we are left with 50 euros of the reservation and we do it again. Bad joke. But if you want you can pick it up later than then if we change the time. I rented a car on Thursday, May 30 for a day to visit. I didn't do any damage to the vehicle and when I returned it, the person who helped me told me that everything was fine, that he will sign. Once signed, within 15 minutes I receive an email indicating that I have caused damage to the vehicle and they attach some black and white photographs of the damage and color photographs of the license plate. I could not have been more satisfied with the service received. I opted for Europcar because of the price (keep it and you will keep customers like me haha) but I have to admit that everything has gone smoothly, from the pick-up to the flexibility of delivery after hours. I will repeat for sure because I am moving and I still have room. By the way, I don't remember the name of the guy who helped me, but I divided the average consumption of the Peugeot Expert that you told me in half, 4.8l/100km, nothing like 10 liters per 100 haha. A taste of a van.
