!Atencion al cliente en Espana, un desastre absoluto! En agosto de 2024 alquile un coche en Portugal, pero desde entonces todo el proceso lo he gestionado con la sede de Europcar Espana, y ha sido una experiencia frustrante de principio a fin. Dos semanas despues del alquiler, me hicieron cargos que no habia contratado, como un seguro PREMIUM que deje claro que no queria y un cargo especial por uso de vehiculos electricos, cuando el coche era de gasolina. A partir de ahi, empezo mi calvario con la atencion al cliente en Espana. Llevo meses intentando aclarar la situacion, pero el equipo de atencion al cliente en Espana ha sido incapaz de ofrecer soluciones. Me ha costado semanas conseguir respuestas minimas, y cuando finalmente logre que me entregaran el contrato (!en noviembre!), quedo claro que me habian anadido servicios que nunca pedi. Por si fuera poco, a dia de hoy todavia no me han facilitado la hoja de reclamaciones que he solicitado en multiples ocasiones. Esto demuestra una absoluta falta de compromiso con los derechos del cliente y una dejadez que resulta inadmisible. Aunque el alquiler se realizo en Portugal, todo el contacto lo he tenido con Europcar Espana, y su atencion ha sido lamentable: respuestas tardias, nula transparencia y ningun interes en resolver los problemas que ellos mismos han causado. Si tienes que gestionar algo con Europcar Espana, preparate para meses de frustracion. No recomiendo esta empresa en absoluto: practicas poco eticas y una atencion al cliente que deja mucho que desear.
Customer service in Spain, an absolute disaster! In August 2024 I rented a car in Portugal, but since then I have managed the entire process with the Europcar Spain headquarters, and it has been a frustrating experience from start to finish. Two weeks after the rental, they charged me with charges that I had not contracted, such as PREMIUM insurance that I made it clear that I did not want and a special charge for the use of electric vehicles, when the car was gasoline-powered. From there, my ordeal with customer service in Spain began. I have been trying to clarify the situation for months, but the customer service team in Spain has been unable to offer solutions. It took me weeks to get even minimal responses, and when I finally got the contract delivered (in November!), it was clear that they had added services that I never asked for. As if that were not enough, to this day they have still not provided me with the complaint form that I have requested on multiple occasions. This demonstrates an absolute lack of commitment to the client's rights and a negligence that is unacceptable. Although the rental was made in Portugal, I have had all contact with Europcar Spain, and their attention has been regrettable: late responses, no transparency and no interest in solving the problems that they themselves have caused. If you have to manage something with Europcar Spain, prepare for months of frustration. I do not recommend this company at all: unethical practices and customer service that leaves a lot to be desired.
Do not rent from Europcar! When I returned my car they charged me 290EUR for scratches underneath the front bumper. There were hundreds from previous rentals. This is a scam plain and simple. I complained with no favorable solution. Please do yourself a favor and rent a car from another company.

THIEVES!!...STAY AWAY!!!....rented a car from them in November, started posting new charges in January without any explanation, no email, letter or call, NOTHING just new charges on my AMEX....RUN AWAY from these thieves!!
Interrent / Goldcar = organized swindle! . Never rent with this company! I rented a car in Alicante in April 2019: - charged my card 440 EUR for claws reported before taking charge of the vehicle! - Poor condition of the car body when taken in charge - Refusal to take into account my remarks concerning the condition of the vehicle provided. - Variable evaluation of claws / strokes noted between the state of departure and return. - No signature of the check-in (restitution) -Insignificant complaints management. (without answer to the questions asked)
