I am trying to reach this company to resolve a rental car damage claim and have hit a wall. Hoping they respond to me after I write a comment here! I just need them to send me the final charge so that I can work it out with my insurance company. Because they have left the claim in limbo, I can't close out my insurance claim and get reimbursed for the $1700 I was charged up-front. Please answer my emails!
My recent experience with Enterprise was extremely disappointing. After the rental car broke down, the follow-up service was completely inadequate. I spent hours on the phone trying to arrange a replacement vehicle, and the entire process dragged on until 3 AM, disrupting our family holiday. We had to travel to a different location without any assurance of receiving a replacement car, which caused significant stress and additional costs. To top it off, despite submitting a detailed claim with all necessary receipts, I have yet to receive any response from Enterprise. Their lack of professionalism and poor handling of the situation have left me thoroughly dissatisfied.
