Primera vez que decidimos alquilar una furgoneta de 9 plazas para irnos al norte 2 familias ( 4 adultos y 4 ninos) y era la unica forma de viajar juntos. Y queria agradecer a DANIEL su profesionalidad. Me explico todo super facil y detallado con una gran amabilidad cosa que hoy en dia cada dia se ve menos. Gracias a el pudimos disfrutar al maximo sin tener miedo a sorpresas. Mil gracias
First time we decided to rent a 9-seater van to go north with 2 families (4 adults and 4 children) and it was the only way to travel together. And I wanted to thank DANIEL for his professionalism. He explained everything to me super easily and in detail with great kindness, something that is seen less and less today. Thanks to him we were able to enjoy ourselves to the fullest without being afraid of surprises. Thank you very much
Lamentable servicio. Pongo una estrella porque no se pueden 0. Hice una reserva para las 9:30 de la manana y no tenian la furgoneta disponible. Me dicen que tarda 15 minutos desde atocha. Un rato despues dicen que el anterior usuario la entrega tarde. Mas tarde dicen que ese usuario se queda la furgoneta y que tenemos que ir a Leganes a por una. Todo esto despues de dos horas y media de espera y sin ninguna compensacion por parte de la compania. !NADA RECOMENDABLE!
Deplorable service. I put one star because you can't get 0. I made a reservation for 9:30 in the morning and they did not have the van available. They tell me it takes 15 minutes from Atocha. A while later they say that the previous user delivered it late. Later they say that that user keeps the van and that we have to go to Leganes to get one. All this after two and a half hours of waiting and without any compensation from the company. NOTHING RECOMMENDED!
Alquile un vehiculo con esta compania y, lamentablemente, tuve una mala experiencia. El coche que me entregaron se encontraba en un estado deplorable. Tenia un fuerte olor desagradable en el interior y varios desperfectos, como aranazos y manchas en los asientos. Intente comunicarme con el personal de servicio al cliente, pero no recibi una solucion satisfactoria. Me ofrecieron cambiar el vehiculo, pero eso me habria hecho perder mucho tiempo y retrasar mis planes. En general, estoy decepcionado por la falta de mantenimiento y la atencion deficiente por parte de la empresa. No puedo recomendar sus servicios a otros clientes. Espero que en el futuro puedan mejorar la calidad de sus vehiculos y la atencion al usuario
I rented a vehicle with this company and unfortunately had a bad experience. The car that was delivered to me was in a deplorable condition. It had a strong unpleasant smell inside and several damages, such as scratches and stains on the seats. I tried to contact customer service staff, but did not receive a satisfactory solution. They offered to exchange the vehicle, but that would have wasted a lot of time and delayed my plans. Overall, I am disappointed in the lack of maintenance and poor service from the company. I cannot recommend their services to other clients. I hope that in the future they can improve the quality of their vehicles and customer service.
Es la primera vez que alquilo una furgoneta con esta empresa y lo cierto es que sorprendido por el trato y la facilidad. Todo perfecto. Daniel, la persona encargada de recibirte y hacerte el contrato muy amable. La furgoneta practicamente nueva, te detallan los roces que tiene antes de llevartela para que luego no haya sorpresas y te explican como devolverla sin necesidad de estar presente. Todo perfecto!.
It is the first time that I have rented a van with this company and the truth is that I was surprised by the treatment and the ease. Everything perfect. Daniel, the person in charge of receiving you and making the contract, very kind. The van is practically new, they detail the scratches it has before taking it so that there are no surprises later and they explain how to return it without having to be present. Everything perfect!
