Pesimo servicio y nada recomendable. Tras un problema con un servicio contratado hacia 4 dias, comprobamos que la reserva no puede hacerse efectiva puesto que no cuentan con un vehiculo disponible. Tras esta falta de prevision, no se nos da ninguna solucion al respecto. Ademas, la atencion de una de las empleadas (parking Nuestra Senora del Recuerdo, en calle de la hiedra 26) muy poco profesional e irrespetuosa. Trato nefasto y desafiante con el cliente, la falta de habilidades sociales ante el publico le hace no contar con una caracteristica principal para dedicarse a este tipo de trabajo, quizas debiera dedicarse a la carrera de la cual tan orgullasa esta, desde luego para estos puestos deja mucho que desear. Su actitud desde el principio fue inadecuada, alegando cosas que, como mujer, veo innecesarias puesto que hay temas muy serios que no deben tratarse a la ligera. No recomiendo en absoluto este servicio, son muy informales y ojala que la empresa le aporte un curso de respeto a dicha empleada.
Terrible service and not recommended. After a problem with a service contracted 4 days ago, we found that the reservation cannot be made effective since they do not have a vehicle available. After this lack of foresight, I don't know how it gives us any solution in this regard. Furthermore, the attention of one of the employees (Our Lady of Memory parking lot, at Calle de la Hiedra 26) was very unprofessional and disrespectful. Disastrous and challenging treatment with the client, the lack of social skills in front of the public makes him not have a main characteristic to dedicate himself to this type of work, perhaps he should dedicate himself to the career of which he is so proud, of course for these positions leaves a lot to be desired. Her attitude from the beginning was inappropriate, alleging things that, as a woman, I see as unnecessary since there are very serious issues that should not be treated lightly. I do not recommend this service at all, they are very informal and I hope that the company provides a course on respect for said employee.
En enero alquilamos una furgoneta grande. Tuvimos que esperar mas de 3 horas a que nos la dieran porque el chico que la habia limpiado se habia llevado las llaves a su casa y tenia que volver desde su casa a traerlas. Obviamente el precio fue el mismo y no nos retrasaron la hora de entrega. En marzo alquilamos otra furgoneta con ellos. Todo bien, la devolvimos y a los tres dias vemos un cargo de casi 1200EUR en nuestro banco. Nos presentamos en la oficina y nos dijeron que tenia danos. Danos de los que tenian constancia y de los que gracias a Dios nosotros hicimos fotos antes de alquilarla. Danos que por cierto otras resenas mencionan en el techo de la furgoneta y demas. Nos pidieron perdon y una semana despues nos devolvieron el dinero. Mas de un mes y medio despues, nos han hecho un cobro otra vez de 1200EUR sin venir a cuento. Hemos tenido que ir 3 veces en persona a la oficina ya para que se nos haga caso (por tlf y email imposible). Samuel, el supuesto manager, un maleducado y con cero ganas de ayudar. Despues de esta tercera visita, y de un mes y medio, reconocen que uno de los danos ya estaba y nos lo reembolsan. Sin embargo, el dano del techo dicen que no, cuando encima hay varias resenas que hablan del mismo dano. Estan viendo a ver a quien colarselo. No volveremos a alquilar con ellos jamas
In January we rented a large van. We had to wait more than 3 hours for them to give it to us because the guy who had cleaned it had taken the keys to his house and had to return from his house to bring them. Obviously the price was the same and they did not delay the delivery time. In March we rented another van with them. Everything was fine, we returned it and three days later we saw a charge of almost EUR1,200 in our bank. We showed up at the office and they told us it had damage. Damage of which they were aware and of which, thank God, we took photos before renting it. Damage that by the way other reviews mention on the roof of the van and so on. They apologized to us and a week later they returned our money. More than a month and a half later, they have charged us again for EUR1,200 for no reason. We have had to go in person to the office 3 times now to be listened to (impossible by phone and email). Samuel, the supposed manager, rude and with zero desire to help. After this third visit, and a month and a half, they recognize that one of the damages was already there and they reimbursed us. However, they say no to the damage to the roof, when on top of that there are several reviews that talk about the same damage. They are looking to see who to sneak it in. We will never rent with them again.
We booked a small van for our moving, they didn't have it in stock even ithough we booked online 4 days in advance. They couldn't figure out a solution. We had to rebook for another day. Very unprofessional.
