Read a few negative reviews prior to picking up my car so I was a bit hesitant. I can now review/write of how Positive my experience was during my rental. From my arrival I was greeted by Karol G. who git me to my car in a few minutes. Drop Off was no Different, the gentleman that assisted our return was really cordial and helpful. Will Rent a car again here for sure when I visit again.++++
Mixed review on my experience. Getting the car was a bit of a hassle. The staff was slow and not helpful. Returning the car was better, the staff was more polite, quicker and noticed they had originally mischarged us and corrected the charges and issued a refund. I would probably use them again, as it seems like bad experiences depend more on who you interact with that day vs the company itself.
Excellent car for road trip visiting all the Roman historical sites. Provided compensation for not having the requested vehicle at checkin.
Never deal with this company. I previously booked a car rental at the airport, but they redirected me to another office. I spent money on a taxi only to find out that the other office didn't have the car I needed. They didn't offer me any alternatives. They simply ignored me as a customer. I had to cancel my reservation. The refund will only be processed in 7-10 days! I wasted my nerves, time, and money. Stay away from these unprofessionals. This is the worst service I've ever encountered.
The office didn't do a good job to inspect the cars. The gave me a car with tires so worn out(check the attached photo, you can see there are severe scratches on tire rims. ) , I drove it to Toledo and parked it in a private garage. Next morning I found a flat tire! Then I was charged 370 EUR to replace this tire when I asked the staff in the enterprise office in Toledo to inspect the car! The tire condition was so bad if the leakage didn't happen to me, it would happen to another customer. As a car rental company, enterprise should not give these kind of cars out to the customers who trust the quality of your service.
I had a very good experience renting with Enterprise at Madrid. I received the car class I reserved, and the car was comfortable and in good working order. There were some dents and scratches - including a big dent on a door - but these were already noted on the inspection, and there were no issues at return. I expected to have to argue about upgrades and declining extra coverages, but I was very happy there was no pressure or intimidation to buy these, and my rate was exactly as quoted. Be prepared though to have 2 credit cards as they required a second for back-up. Staff were very pleasant.
I am a traveler and a lover of travel. I have visited Europe from east to west and I have also visited America. I have never found a rental company worse than them. They are so bad that they ruined my trip and my entire vacation. I booked a Mercedes Vito 3 months ago. When I arrived in Madrid and completed all the required papers and documents, when I went with the employee who delivers the cars and signed the papers and gave me the keys, he told me that the car needed maintenance. I went to the office again and the employee there told me that my reservation was cancelled. The reason is that she will go to the mechanic for repairs. He did not give me another car or anything. The employee called a woman who told me that she was from Booking. She only spoke Spanish and I did not understand anything and hung up. The employee told me that she cancelled my reservation and they will compensate me after 3 working days. Well, all of this was on 8/7/2024 and until this hour I have not received even a single cent. I stayed at Madrid airport for 8 hours looking for a rental office that would give me a car because of them and because of their representation that I did not have a reservation and that the car went to the mechanic, as I saw a traveler who took it with his family. I stayed at Madrid airport for 8 hours without a hotel or lunch, as if I were a beggar. All of this has been going on for 15 days to this day. They do not respond to emails or calls, nor do they even answer Booking. I am in trouble and bankrupt. Thank you, Enterprise Price, for ruining my vacation. By the way, I lost my reservation in Seville and spent the whole night looking for a hotel, and all of this is because of Enterprise Price.
When I landed the ev car I had booked was unfortunately not available. Given my lack of experience with Manual the Margarita and the staff worked hard to find an automatic I could use. We came to an agreement on the new price and the car served me well for the trip. What sealed the deal was when I returned the car and Aldo and the staff were able to offer me the original fare for the rental. I very much appreciate the work of all of the staff to make this a 5 star experience. Thank you!
