From my arrival I was greeted by Karol G. who git me to my car in a few minutes. Drop Off was no Different, the gentleman that assisted our return was really cordial and helpful. Mixed review on my experience. Getting the car was a bit of a hassle. The staff was slow and not helpful. Returning the car was better, the staff was more polite, quicker and noticed they had originally mischarged us and corrected the charges and issued a refund. I would probably use them again, as it seems like bad experiences depend more on who you interact with that day vs the company itself.

Never deal with this company. I previously booked a car rental at the airport, but they redirected me to another office. I spent money on a taxi only to find out that the other office didn't have the car I needed. They didn't offer me any alternatives. They simply ignored me as a customer. I had to cancel my reservation. The refund will only be processed in 7-10 days! I wasted my nerves, time, and money. Stay away from these unprofessionals. This is the worst service I've ever encountered.

The office didn't do a good job to inspect the cars. The gave me a car with tires so worn out(check the attached photo, you can see there are severe scratches on tire rims. ) , I drove it to Toledo and parked it in a private garage. Next morning I found a flat tire! Then I was charged 370 EUR to replace this tire when I asked the staff in the enterprise office in Toledo to inspect the car! The tire condition was so bad if the leakage didn't happen to me, it would happen to another customer. As a car rental company, enterprise should not give these kind of cars out to the customers who trust the quality of your service.

I had a very good experience renting with Enterprise at Madrid. I received the car class I reserved, and the car was comfortable and in good working order. There were some dents and scratches - including a big dent on a door - but these were already noted on the inspection, and there were no issues at return. I expected to have to argue about upgrades and declining extra coverages, but I was very happy there was no pressure or intimidation to buy these, and my rate was exactly as quoted. Be prepared though to have 2 credit cards as they required a second for back-up. Staff were very pleasant.

I am a traveler and a lover of travel. I have visited Europe from east to west and I have also visited America. I have never found a rental company worse than them. They are so bad that they ruined my trip and my entire vacation. I booked a Mercedes Vito 3 months ago. When I arrived in Madrid and completed all the required papers and documents, when I went with the employee who delivers the cars and signed the papers and gave me the keys, he told me that the car needed maintenance. I went to the office again and the employee there told me that my reservation was cancelled. The reason is that she will go to the mechanic for repairs. He did not give me another car or anything. The employee called a woman who told me that she was from Booking. She only spoke Spanish and I did not understand anything and hung up. The employee told me that she cancelled my reservation and they will compensate me after 3 working days. Well, all of this was on 8/7/2024 and until this hour I have not received even a single cent. I stayed at Madrid airport for 8 hours looking for a rental office that would give me a car because of them and because of their representation that I did not have a reservation and that the car went to the mechanic, as I saw a traveler who took it with his family. I stayed at Madrid airport for 8 hours without a hotel or lunch, as if I were a beggar. All of this has been going on for 15 days to this day. They do not respond to emails or calls, nor do they even answer Booking. I am in trouble and bankrupt. Thank you, Enterprise Price, for ruining my vacation. By the way, I lost my reservation in Seville and spent the whole night looking for a hotel, and all of this is because of Enterprise Price.

When I landed the ev car I had booked was unfortunately not available. Given my lack of experience with Manual the Margarita and the staff worked hard to find an automatic I could use. We came to an agreement on the new price and the car served me well for the trip. What sealed the deal was when I returned the car and Aldo and the staff were able to offer me the original fare for the rental. I very much appreciate the work of all of the staff to make this a 5 star experience. Thank you!

They let you rent the car but then they tell you that if you dont have a plane ticket that same day they cant deliver it to you. They freeze your money with policies that make no sense. And they dont give you an answer or help. In the end it is my own bank that had to solve it. The manager is totally useless (DANIEL RAMIREZ). The only thing to say is that nothing can be done in the end, the other companies are clear about everything, they said that it is a lie that they say enterprise so as not to say that they ran out of cars. And have no responsibility to you as a client. BE CAREFUL RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK. I dont recommend it!

When I go to pick up the car they tell me that they dont have it and that they will give me a car of the same category and they give me a Link and Co. Darme un vehiculo que no era y encima decirme que ellos tienen razon y el equivocado soy yo. Un desastre de compania, por favor evitarla.

So I rented a Corsa online at a very good price and when we went to pick it up they didnt have any left, so since it was their issue they lent us a much better vehicle at the same price as the Corsa. Update to my original review: I initially posted a review four weeks ago expressing my disappointment with Enterprise after booking a Jaguar F-Pace or equivalent and receiving an Audi Q3 instead. Enterprise responded publicly with instructions to contact them for resolution, so I followed up as requested. Upon reaching out, the first response I received explained that the categories for both cars (PFAR/PSUVA) were the same, and they asked me to send over documents from my reservation, which I promptly did. The agent assured me that my claim would be escalated to management. After 10 days of silence, I followed up with another email, and I am still waiting for a response. It seems either they genuinely consider a Q3 equivalent to an F-Pace, or they use their replies on Google reviews as a way to create the impression of addressing issues, without actually following through. So far, my experience suggests they are more interested in maintaining appearances than actually resolving customer concerns Original review Hi, Submitted the request below to customer service on August 26. When I received the car at check in, I was told it was a Q5 which is equivalent. There was no logo on the car (see picture), so I did not notice any difference as Im not an expert in those cars. We had booked a bigger car though for comfort but also because we had to move some furniture. While using it over 3 weeks I was surprised by how not refined, small and not very stable on highway the Q5 was compared to other vehicles in this class I drove in the past (X3, GLC). Receiving the contract in the end I see the car was a Q3 (see attached), which explains th issue above. Looking at the picture vs the Audi website, I can see its a Q3 , so not an issue on the paperwork. I have received a vehicle in the size lower than I had booked and paid for and I would like to be compensated for it. At the time of booking, the price difference between the two classes was significant. I cant remember exactly but at least 200 euros.

Me la cambiaron por un coche (jueves noche) diciendome que el dia siguiente 13 de septiembre de 2024, me llamarian para cambiarmela por una furgoneta. Octubre 2024, aun estoy esperando. Me fastidiaron una mudanza que tuve que subcontratarla. UN DESASTRE!!
