The actual office is 20 minutes from the arrival terminal. They tell you there will be a bus to pick you up but the bus never comes and it is impossible to reach them at the given number to ask for the bus After 25 minutes of waiting we went there by taxi (EUR28!!) The queue to get the car is another hour even if we had already checked in online... The front desk people are nice but it doesn't make it up for the waiting time as and disservice

DON'T RENT!!! We had horrible experience today ( 13th October 2024) with that company. My husband booked the car few weeks ago. Payed reservations around 200 EUR. Car was booked for 2pm today( Saturday) for a all next week. We were at aeroport around 2:10, waiting their shuttle to go to pick up the car.According to their website, shuttle coming every 5 min. After 20 min waiting, we try to call agency but no answer, just some automat secretary Leeds us , but no any answer. After 5th call, finally we got someone who told us that shuttle will com in next 10-15 min. After 15 min waiting nobody showed up. We called them again and after few times, we finally got a woman who says again same thing- car will come in a next 10-15 minutes . My husband was very upset and he talked a little loudly than is normal. We have to come on time to another city to pick up our daughter on aeroport and already we lost more than 1hour and still didn't have a car. We took taxi to drop us to Their office, payed 20 EUR and in the office when we said that they are so unprofessional and we asking supervisor. The woman who were sitting on the desk ( plus 4 more people) told us that she canceled our reservation. I was so upset and angry trying to explain that is their fault not ours, but she was very bad and arguing with me. On the and we must to cal another taxi, pay again 20 Euros to go back to airport to another agency where we got a car in a less of 5 minutes. We were never had bad experience like that. Traveling around the world and renting the cars on different continents and countries. Este es malisima experiencia. Don't rent from them!!!!

I had good experience with Clickrent, and I was happy with their service. They were professional, straight, and reliable. Although the overall costs are not cheap, the car was in excellent condition (I even got an upgrade) and it served me really well for 2 weeks of holidays. Definitely recommended!

Amazing service and great cars. Yelisa sorted out for us a big issue with a documentation we forgot in the car by the time we return it. Thank you Yelisa once again. Sometimes the customer service makes the difference and certainly this was the case. Congrats Click Rent.

AVOID! Hired a 7 seater Peugeot Rifter "or similar", they gave me a van with 5 seats!!!! A van several scratches over it and no opening windows in the back. They told me that if I didn't want it I could cancel with no refund. They then tried to claim that I had damaged the van. Luckily I had a photograph to prove that I had not damaged it and they agreed this on email. **But they still charged me over PS500 on my credit card. Total scam company.** They also do not open 24 hours so if you have a flight before 10am you have to pay for a cab to the airport as there is no one in the office to drive you back.

I hired a car from ClickRent from Madrid Airport and would like to say well done to Ivan who went above and beyond to look after us. Our flight was delayed & we arrived late but Ivan stayed open late to make sure we weren't left stranded. He was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Thank you Ivan & Click Rent. Will definitely be back again.

Amazing experience, everything was great. The car was wonderful, the people were helpful, Sheela (may have spelled her name wrong) gave us amazing recommendations and was so friendly and fun. It was a smooth handoff and transition! The one thing is we didn't see or read anything about the shuttle to get from the airport to the location so we had to take multiple buses to get there. So maybe for the next time it could be a little more clear about those directions on where to find the shuttle and who to contact about that. Other than that it was a 10/10!

Great staff, from airport pickup Javier was very friendly and at the reception Juri was quick to resolve a discrepancy with the reservation to get me going. The car they provided was clean and fun to drive. Rental return was also very easy and took about 10 minutes. Would recommend! I would note that all of the hotels and car rental agencies are not in the airport so I would recommend budgeting 30-60 minutes for shuttle service each direction.
