Una experiencia horrible que nos estropeo la boda. Les contratamos el dia de nuestra boda para la recogida de nuestros hijos y padres, una nina de 3 anos y un bebe de 5 meses. Queriamos asegurarnos de tener algo contratado y no depender de una app de VTC, ya que necesitamos sillas especiales. Contratamos la recogida de 1:30 a 2:00, el chofer llego a la 1:39 diciendo que tenia mucha prisa, aunque no era lo acordado fuimos a recoger a los ninos y en cuanto nos dimos la vuelta se fue. La finca de la boda esta lejos de cualquier poblacion y alli nos veiamos, el dia de nuestra boda, con un bebe y completamente abandonados. El conductor no cogia el telefono, llamando a la persona a la que le contratamos el servicio, nos dice que no puede hacer nada, que el conductor no trabaja para el, que es de otra empresa que ha subcontratado y que tampoco le coge el telefono a el. Despues de tener una conversacion desagradable y muy poco profesional, asumiendo que algo habriamos hecho y justificando la actitud del conductor. Tuvimos que presionarle para que nos diera una solucion, nos dice que vendra el personalmente y finalmente conseguimos que recogieran a los abuelos y ninos pasadas las 3:00 am. No se disculpo en ningun momento y todo lo que hizo fue a reganadientes. Puedo entender que el dueno de la empresa no puede controlar lo que hace un conductor, pero demostro poca empatia y profesionalidad a la hora de gestionar el problema.
