Excelente experiencia! Pudimos retirar el coche de forma muy simple, solo escaneando el qr del auto asignado. Los autos son modernos, viajamos muy a gusto. Nos devolvieron el deposito que habiamos pautado y las lineas de atencion al cliente nos respondieron siempre que las necesitamos.

Una hora y media para recoger el coche. Parking en la -2 donde la cobertura del movil llega a duras penas y es necesario internet para abrir el coche. Tuvieron que venir de otra oficina a abrir el coche con un segundo juego de llaves tras numerosas llamadas. El coche en buen estado, y la persona que vino a abrir aguanto educadamente todas mis quejas.
An hour and a half to pick up the car. Parking in -2 where mobile coverage barely reaches and internet is necessary to open the car.
