We rented a car to do a day trip in Navacerrada. We chose Centauro. But didn't expect the experience would be so awful. First of all we got a car with many damages both from inside and outside. We're very carful with driving. But When we returned the car. They asked us if we took fotos and videos before we start the trip. After they got the negative answer, they started to check the car, and pointed out few damages which are not caused by us. Then, they charged us 215EUR for the damages, we had no chance to speak out for ourselves because they deducted the money directly from the deposit. We felt we are defrauded, it was a tramp from the very beginning. Maybe because we are foreigners, it would be so easy to take out Monday from our pockets. This is how they do the business, without any moral bottom line. I don't want other people be defrauded by this company, please don't choose Centauro!!

The best car rental ever! Not complicated, no fuss, no additional charges, car in perfect condition, deposit money for fuel was credited back to my account on the same day that the car was returned, service was fast and the attendant was very friendly and accommodating. The only rent -a-car that does not require a deposit, additional driver is free and debit cards are accepted. It's just perfect. We will definitely rent again!

We will continue using this hire company - good cars, good service and reasonable price for full coverage. Suggestion: the app works okay except it doesn't allow you to modify dates, you have to cancel existing booking and then make a new booking, and this seems to create duplicate bookings on their system.

Llego a la oficina a las 9:15 debido a que es casi imposible encontrar el sitio donde se encuentran, un parking subterraneo sin publicidad exterior, solo una pequena pegatina en los ascensores internos de dicho parking. Llego a por el vehiculo y me encuentro con una senora a la cual no hacen mas que llamar por telefono. Ella se escusa que a su padre lo estan operando a vida o muerte y que tiene que coger el telefono ( si eso es asi cogete el dia como hace todo el mundo. Yo por lo menos lo haria aunque me lo descontasen). Despues de darnos a los que alli estaremos explicaciones que no nos importaban ( a mi por lo menos) me dice que al vehiculo le falta gasolina y no esta lleno. Me dice que lo entregue yo igual. Yo le digo que las condiciones son que yo lo tengo que recibir lleno y entregarlo en las mismas condiciones. De muy mala gana le dice al chico que andaba por alli que lo llene. A las 10:15 aparece el chico con el vehiculo supuestamente lleno y recien limpio (tambien me lo querian entregar sucio). Cuando el vehiculo llega le digo que es muy tarde y que me de las llaves que me tengo que ir y tengo prisa. De muy malas maneras me dice que me espere que esta atendiendo a otras personas y que me ponga a la fila, fila que ya era bastante larga debido a las llamadas de telefono que atendia, ademas de no ser especialmente rapida en su trabajo. En vista de la atencion recibida la informo de que voy a llamar a mutua madrilena y deir lo que me estaba pasando. Me retiro de la ofina me pongo a llamar y cuando estoy hablando sale del mostrador,se me hacer a y empieza a cogerme del brazo y no dejarme hablar por telefono con la mutua (QUE CLASE DE CONFIANZA LE PERMITEN EN ESTA EMPRESA A LOS EMPLEADOS CON LOS CLIENTES)( en la mia te mandan a la cola del paro automaticamente). Tengo que apartarme y decirla que no me vuelva a tocar. Hablo con mutua y comento lo que me sucede, a lo cual me responden que ellos no pueden hacer nada. Pues me hacerco otra vez a por las llaves del vehiculo y me dice que no me lo dan por que e anulado la reserva y que va a llamar a la policia por que estoy armando escandalo. Con las mismas la digo que soy yo el que va a llamar a policia primero por que no es quien para PONERME UNA MANO ENCIMA y segundo por la burla y el cachondeo que tienen conmigo toda la manana. Vuelvo a hablar con mutua, les cuento lo que me a pasado y por terminar bien el tema me hacen otra reserva para las 12:00 am Llega policia, y despues de hablar conmigo y con ella parece que todo se calma y a las 12:00 am podre llevarme el vehiculo. Llegan las 12:00, me hacerco y me dice de una manera muy borde y altanera, no a usted no se le va a entregar ningun vehiculo por que es una persona conflictiva y las normas de esta empresa dicen que no se le va a entregar ningun vehiculo a usted (palabras textuales). Con las mismas pongo segunda hoja de reclamaciones y para casa en transporte publico. Dia 8/11/2024. Vuelvo a alquilar el vehiculo a trabes de mutua en la misma compania pero en vez de Chamartin en Barajas en la calle traspaserne. Llego a por el vehiculo y me dicen que no me entregan el vehiculo despues de haberme incluso mandado un mensaje de reserva (Si no queriais alquilarme el vehiculo haberlo dicho). Pongo hoja de reclamaciones y pongo queja telefonica.Me vuelvo a ir sin vehiculo, y a los pocos dias me llega un mensaje (que tengo guardadito) que dice que la proxima vez que alquile un vehiculo y no me presente a por el me van a cobrar una penalizacion (ya hay que ser sinverguenza). Pues hoy me contestan a la reclamacion por escrito diciendome que como paso lo que paso en Chamartin, que no me vuelven a alquilar mas nada. Dicho esto, recomendaros que no vengais aqui
