When I went to deliver the car with the tank just filled by me, there was a long line and the guy in charge (Chamartin) told me that if I left the key and the parking ticket he would give me a refund. It turns out that on 10/25/2024 I have a reservation for a vehicle in this company that is managed by a mutual company for me because I am a mutual member. I have to pick up the vehicle at 9:00 am. I arrive at the office at 9:15 because it is almost impossible to find the place where they are located, an underground parking lot with no outdoor advertising, only a small sticker on the internal elevators of said parking lot. I arrive to get the vehicle and I meet a lady who they do nothing but call on the phone. She makes the excuse that her father is undergoing a life-or-death operation and that she has to pick up the phone (if thats the case, take the day like everyone else does. At least I would do it even if they deducted it from me). After giving those of us who will be there explanations that did not matter to us (at least to me), he tells me that the vehicle is out of gas and is not full. He tells me to hand it over anyway. I tell him that the conditions are that I have to receive it full and deliver it in the same conditions. He very reluctantly tells the boy who was walking by to fill it up. At 10:15 the boy appears with the vehicle supposedly full and freshly cleaned (they also wanted to deliver it to me dirty). When the vehicle arrives I tell him its too late and to give me the keys because I have to leave and Im in a hurry. In a very rude manner, she tells me to wait as she is serving other people and to get in line, a line that was already quite long due to the phone calls she was answering, in addition to not being particularly fast at her work. In view of the attention received, I inform you that I am going to call the Madrid mutual insurance company and tell them what was happening to me. I leave the office, I start calling and when Im talking he leaves the counter, he confronts me and starts holding my arm and not letting me talk on the phone with the mutual insurance company (WHAT KIND OF TRUST DO THEY ALLOW EMPLOYEES IN THIS COMPANY WITH THEM? CLIENTS (in mine they automatically send you to the unemployment line). I have to move away and tell her not to touch me again. I talk to the mutual company and comment on what is happening to me, to which they respond that they cant do anything. Well, I go to get the keys to the vehicle again and he tells me that they wont give it to me because I canceled the reservation and that he is going to call the police because I am making a fuss. With the same I tell her that I am the one who is going to call the police first because she is not the one to PUT A HAND ON ME and second because of the mockery and joke they have with me all morning. I talk to mutual again, I tell them what happened to me and to finish the topic well they make me another reservation for 12:00 am The police arrive, and after talking to me and her it seems that everything calms down and at 12:00 am I will be able to take the vehicle. 12:00 arrives, he approaches me and he tells me in a very rude and haughty manner, no, no vehicle is going to be delivered to you because you are a conflictive person and the rules of this company say that it is not going to be delivered to you. no vehicle to you (verbatim). With them I put a second complaint form and go home on public transport. Day 8/11/2024. I rent the vehicle again through mutual insurance from the same company but instead of Chamartin in Barajas on Traspaserne street. I arrive to pick up the vehicle and they tell me that they will not deliver the vehicle to me after even having sent me a reservation message (If you did not want to rent the vehicle to me, you would have told me). I put out a claim form and make a telephone complaint. I go without a vehicle again, and a few days later I receive a message (which I have saved) that says that the next time I rent a vehicle and I didnt show up for it, they will charge me a penalty (you have to be shameless). Well, today they answered my complaint in writing telling me that since what happened in Chamartin happened, they wont rent anything to me again. That being said, I recommend that you do not come here.

I returned the car and they accused and charged me for a scratch that it already had when I rented it. I have asked them for the photos and they dont have them. I have asked them for images of the security cameras and they dont have them either. They tell me that the responsibility is mine because I didnt take photos. They deceived me and charged me 270. I contracted the rental through Booking with premium coverage and I will have no problem returning that amount, but these practices, in my opinion, totally abusive, must be reported.

Two months ago I rated them a 5 but this time I gave them a 1. I booked a medium-size manual car to make a trip 4 days in advance at a certain time because I was going on a trip at that time.
