Primero que todo que con el coche no tuve problema alguno, pero al momento de la devolucion es donde empieza todo. El dia que lo retiramos preguntamos hasta que hora podiamos devolver el coche (teniamos reserva hasta las 21:00), nos dicen que no hay problema si nos pasamos. El dia de la devolucion nos encontramos con el aparcamiento cerrado llamamos y lo unico que nos dicen es, "cerramos a las 21:00, lo devuelven en el aeropuerto con 50 euros de multa mas un dia extra de alquiler, o extienden la reserva un dia mas" esto ultimo a disponibilidad del coche. En fin no recomendaria esta agencia
First of all, I didn't have any problems with the car, but at the time of return is where it all begins. The day we picked it up we asked until what time we could return the car (we had a reservation until 9:00 p.m.), they told us that there is no problem if we go too late. On the day of the return we found the parking lot closed, we called and the only thing they told us is, "we close at 9:00 p.m., they will return it at the airport with a 50 euro fine plus an extra day of rental, or they will extend the reservation by one day more" the latter depending on the availability of the car. In short, I would not recommend this agency.

1 hour line and incompetent people - also its advertised as Atocha and this is 10 min walking from the station. Very bad experience
Alquilamos un coche a las 23:00 en Atenas aeropuerto y cuando llegamos alli a esta hora no habia nadie. Llamamos a la asistencia de Centauro Espana y una chica nos dice que si alquilamos a partir de las 23:00 deberemos pagar un recargo por nuestro coche del doble. Nosotros le decimos que esto no lo decia en ningun momento la web. Cuando llega una trabajadora de Centauro en el aeropuerto de Atenas nos confirma que si, que tenemos un recargo, o que vayamos al dia siguiente y asi no lo pagamos. Cuando vamos al dia siguiente hablamos con el manager (que parece literalmente que este bajo efecto de estupefacientes, mirad el video) y que nuestra reserva ya ha expirado. Es un timo como una catedral! Reservad con RecordGo o Autounion, tambien reservamos con ellos y todo excelente!!

They keep it low price. Then they charge you for damage. Then they don't even respond to the support tickets. It is a scam. Go for established companies.
I wouldn't rent here again. I spent close to 30' to get a person to process my reservation with an office that was almost empty. Additionally, the tank wasn't full when they gave it to me nor anyone did a review of the car.
Convenient from the center of Madrid, competitive pricing, nice staff. Very good experience.
