Despite of queue, the check is service is quick and smooth. Car is excellent. Will return in the future.

Very bad company, arrived with pre booking at 9.30, to reach the counter till 11.30, we received the car, having requested a car seat for baby in advance, we were guided to a very dirty storage room with filthy baby car seats stacked, we chose the most descent, cleaned it and got into the car. Of course, the car did NOT start. They offered to exchange the car after an hour and Nothing arrived. Now waiting another hour to cancel the car in another Q. We have a baby with us and a pregnant woman. And they are asking for a cancellation fee. NEVER use this company.

I had a great experience with Centauro. I needed a car for a day trip and I completed the whole process from the phone and in 5-10m, from the account registering to the full confirmation. I also signed up in a matter of minutes to Fastkey by providing digitally my ID and that was the best decision ever. When I went to pick up the car directly to the parking lot I realized how much time I saved after I glanced at a big queue in the offices. I also returned the car in the same way and only invested 5m returning the keys. Overall a really great experience and I will definitely repeat.

Everything was perfect. We picked up the car from the Madrid Airport. A quick shuttle took us there. Francisco was the person that helped us and was extremely helpful and professional. The return was at Atocha for no extra charge since it was close to our apartment. Super easy drop off with Isabel. Took all of 2 minutes. Just make sure you fill up the tank before you drop it off since the deposit is 140 EU.

I rented a car in May, 2022. I found this company through a detailed search on web, and I am still very glad to have found Centauro. I'm just writing to show my late appreciation. Their services are fast, staff are helpful. I definitely recommend anyone searching for a rental car. If you have a Centauro office at your location, do not look for somewhere else. Thanks again Centauro!!

Extremely tight parking spot and parking lot. It was very difficult getting into the car and then having to drive out of the spot. They charge 1200 euros deposit for a cheap Hyundai Kona. I rented an Audi A7 the following week from another company and was only charged 500 euros for the deposit. They are out of their minds. Friendly service though.

The quality of the service provided was far below average. First of all, the waiting time from the moment we stepped in the office until we were called at the desk was extremely long. We were even bypassed by the employee at the desk twice. When she finally called us, it took her approximately 30 minutes to complete the necessary forms and even asked questions that I have never been asked before by other car rental providers. She even told me that my passport needs to be translated in Spanish, even though all information was written in English. When we finally arrived at the parking lot in order to pick up our car, the person in charge led us to the wrong vehicle. When I told him that the car plates did not match those written in the contract signed, he whispered something in Spanish while laughing, before finally showing us to the correct vehicle. He did not even apologise for his mistake... Overall horrible experience. I feel incredibly lucky that nothing serious came up during our rental period. I highly doubt that this company is capable of providing any assistance whatsoever.
