I had a disappointing experience with this rental company. After booking a car in the morning, I was informed an hour later that it was unavailable. They offered an alternative, but after I agreed, they stopped responding to my messages and calls. This lack of communication forced me to cancel my trip, ruining my plans and holiday. I'm extremely disappointed with their service.

Out of the ordinary. Apart from very competitive prices, the service offered is superior. You dont have to queue at a counter and walk around looking for the car, no no, they go looking for you and deliver the car where you need it. Deliver the same, zero problem, all advantages. The staff is very attentive and respectful. Vehicles clean and in perfect condition. Nothing to do with the large airport companies. I totally recommend it.
