Malisimos !!!! Es la tipica empresa de familia en la que no saben como comerse entre ellos como buitres .... Dan servicio con y sin conductor ... sin conductor , en cuanto pueden te intentan encasquetar cualquier cosa que puedan arreglar a tu costa ... y con conductor ... a parte de que son falsos autonomos la mayoria porque facturan a traves de un tercero ... hay mucha chuzma entre los autonomos ... tambien hay muchos profesionales maravillosos que por necesidad y antiguedad siguen ahi !!! No hay mas que ver al jefe como es y no vuelves .
Very bad!!!! It is the typical family business in which they do not know how to eat each other like vultures.... They provide service with and without a driver... without a driver, as soon as they can they try to screw you over anything they can fix at your expense... and with a driver... apart from the fact that most of them are false self-employed workers because they bill through a third party... there is a lot of gossip between the self-employed... there are also many wonderful professionals who, by necessity and seniority, are still there!!! You just have to see the boss as he is and you won't come back.

Exelente atencion de Carolina, tarifas honestas sin cargos ni sorpresa desagradables extranas. Alquile un sedan por 1 semana y tuvieron el detalle de dejarme sin cargo extra la silla de seguridad para mi bebe. Creo que es un gran punto a favor dado que esto deberia ser asi siempre en todas las companias de alquiler, porque es obligatorio circular con ellas cuando viajamos con ninos y que tengan cargo extra es como si nos cobraran extra por tener cintos de seguridad. Alquilaria mil veces en Madrid, tienen varios puntos de entrega y recogida. Disponibilidad las 24 horas por telefono o email. Seguir asi...
Excellent service from Carolina, honest rates without charges or strange unpleasant surprises. I rented a sedan for 1 week and they were nice enough to let me have a safety seat for my baby at no extra charge. I think it is a great point in favor since this should always be the case in all rental companies, because it is mandatory to travel with them when we travel with children and that they have an extra charge is as if they will charge us extra for having seat belts. I would rent a thousand times in Madrid, they have several delivery and collection points. 24-hour availability by phone or email. Keep going like this...
