Acabo de realizar una llamada para poder informarme acerca de los precios para el alquiler de un coche y la persona encargada de responder las llamadas con bastante poca amabilidad, al decirle que buscaba un coche automatico, fue super borde diciendome que eso tenia que decirlo desde el principio para no hacerle perder el tiempo, porque ellos no disponian de ese tipo de vehiculos, y directamente me ha colgado la llamada dejandome con la palabra en la boca. Con esta gran falta de respeto que he recibido del personal en este caso de la senora que da la informacion, sin duda alguna no volvere a solicitar un coche o informaciones a esta empresa. Es una pena llamar a informarte y que te traten asi, con tan poca educacion.

With this great lack of respect that I have received from the staff, in this case from the lady who gives the information, without a doubt I will not request a car or information from this company again. It's a shame to call to inform you and to be treated like this, with so little education.
