Le doy una estrella porque no se puede dar cero. Represento la Mesa de Seguridad del Ayuntamiento de Barajas, los vecinos de Barajas (Playa de Riazor) estamos hartos de conductores que van a 100km/hora, derrapan con los coches y derrapan en rotondas!! Ya veo que ya les han denunciado y ya tienen quejas, te acercas a decirles por 2da vez que ya basta! y el responsable se muestra comprensivos los demas trabajadores (sobre todo el que lava los coches) te insulta por tu nacionalidad, se rie y te hace "un dedo central de 5 dedos". Senores de AVIS deberian de controlar a vuestros conductores porque juegan muchas "carreras" en una zona donde no se puede ir a mas de 30 y tambien en que estado quedan esos coches? tengo las matriculas, la proxima pongo denuncia con nacionales y en el propio Ayuntamiento! Gracias. VECINOS HARTOS DE ESTOS QUE LO QUE MENOS HACEN ES TRABAJAR!

I returned the car on April 24 in Terminal 4 morning with everthing OK, I parked the car in front of service counter and handed in to the female staff, but on April 27 they told me that i did not return the key, it is funny because i took the video infront our the car, clearly proved i parked there, if i do not have the key, how i can drive? they deducted over 200 Euro on my credit card, then i noticed Avis email on May 10 said they could not find my key, i asked the reason, but till now no response from Avis , they just said me lost the key and deduct my money. It is unaccepatable , I still waiting feedback and have been waiting the feedback over 2 weeks. My suggesttion is not choosing Avis, because i bought all risks inssurance, but they still charge me because of their own mistake. i still cannot get my deposit. please check your management internally, how you manage the returned car!
Les pongo 1 porque no ai 0 no es normal que cierren a 1h30 y abren 4h haveria que lo llevarles los coches.A ver si asi cambiaria los horarios ou todos transportistas de coches negarse ir a esta impresa

Los conductores van por el barrio como si fuese un circuito. El ayuntamiento ha tenido que poner badenes pero ni con esas. No, no son los clientes los que ponen en peligro todo el barrio. Son sus conductores cuando traen los coches de vuelta desde el aeropuerto. Ustedes lo saben perfectamente y deberian poner medios para terminar con esto
The drivers go through the neighborhood as if it were a circuit. The city council has had to put speed bumps but not even with those. No, it is not the customers who endanger the entire neighborhood. They are your drivers when they bring the cars back from the airport. You know this perfectly well and you should find ways to end this.
Never received contract from them via email. Now just found out that they charged me more than double of what i was asking for while i was returning the car at Madrid airport. While dealing with personnel Juan, a bold guy (another staff) started screaming at me and started physically coming at me that i have to leave. This was during a time time i was waiting for the other person to print out the documents for me about the issue with the calculation. I started feeling threatened and verbally told him to calm down as i am not comfortable. He kept shouting and was close to me. When i asked to call security the staff did not even assist. At the end Juan apologised for his behaviour. Never experienced anything like. Never again that's for sure. Definitely will take this further as they have it on the camera. Still can't believe it!
Incompresible que vayan a mas de 100km/h por los pasos de cebra y badenes, por fin han sido denunciados y se identificara a los conductores. Conducen sus coches de forma temeraria, en ocasiones autenticas competiciones cuando trasladan sus coches del aeropuerto a esta ubicacion (No son los clientes). Provocan muchisimo ruido de fuertes aceleraciones, derrapes y rodadura interrumpiendo el descanso durante la noche y molestando a todas horas. Incomprensible comportamiento temerario y una imagen horrible para esta empresa. Vergonzoso. Despues anos, hoy edito mi comentario de nuevo, siguen siendo terroristas de la carretera.
It is incomprehensible that they go at more than 100km/h over zebra crossings and speed bumps, they have finally been reported and the drivers will be identified. They drive their cars recklessly, sometimes in real competitions when they move their cars from the airport to this location (They are not the clients). They cause a lot of noise from strong acceleration, skidding and rolling, interrupting rest during the night and disturbing at all hours. Incomprehensible reckless behavior and a horrible image for this company. Shameful. After years, today I edit my comment again, they are still highway terrorists.
