The total of the contract was 310 EURO. I was charged 254,82 EURO (on online booking) and after that, they charged me 427,61 EURO into my card when I returned the car. TOTAL charges to me: 682,43 EURO. Contract number 341018521

The switchboard is a disaster. Unable to speak to an agent. The estimated waiting time is 30 minutes. Once we rented the car, for a month, everything was fine, but after 28 days we needed assistance, since we noticed that a screw got stuck in a wheel. Calling the assistance switchboard, they warned us that the call has a cost per minute as it is an 807... number and they kept us on hold for more than twenty-five minutes, with questions such as: what car is it? Wait a minute.... what color? Wait a minute... how much gas do you have in the tank? Wait a minute...What wheel is it? Wait a minute... Pretty bad. 26 minutes!! Precisely, the rent has not been cheap enough to provide a service like this.

Una vez alquilado el coche, por un mes, todo bien, pero a los 28 dias necesitamos asistencia, ya que observamos que en una rueda se clavo un tornillo. Llamando a la centralita de asistencia nos advierten que la llamada tiene un coste por minuto al tratarse de un numero 807... y nos mantuvieron de espera en espera mas de veinticinco minutos, con preguntas tipo: que coche es? Espere un momento.... de que color? Espere un momento... cuanta gasolina tiene en em deposito? Espere un momento...Que rueda es? Espere un momento... Bastante mal. 26 minutos!!
