Los precios de la web son muy muy enganosos. Al importe que aparece indicado le tienes que sumar no se cuantos seguros adicionales (mas el IVA, obviamente) y luego el gasto de gasolina que en mi caso fueron 28EUR para hacer 35km (si llegan); en resumen, de los 36EUR que ponian en el anuncio de la web acabaron siento 92EUR (por un dia de alquiler). A parte, solo te permiten solicitar la reserva, pero luego te tienen que confirmar la disponibilidad del vehiculo, por lo que si no tienes suerte, te puedes quedar tirado en el ultimo momento. Solo solicitaria el servicio en caso de extrema necesidad. Se salva la atencion personal de la chica del mostrador, fue muy amable y explico todo con claridad.

Pagas la exencion de responsabilidad, y despues te cobran por un dano en una luna, que nadie te avisa que no necesitaba un seguro aparte, habia una oficina en Alcorcon, que aunque me pillaba mas lejos, estaba muy contento con ellos y el personal trabajaba muy bien, aqui en cambio si pueden te intentan colar un coche mas caro aprovechandose que te vas de viaje y estas apurado, como abusan. Lo que no se dan cuenta, es que a 50 metros tienes interprises, que es otra empresa de alquiler de coches y furgonetas, que funcionan mejor y el personal es mas honesto y con ganas de hacer bien las cosas.

Buenas tardes. El 4 de julio fui a recoger un coche que habia reservado el dia anterior. El coche era un Grandland. Me lleve un Moaka. Similares no son, ya que ibamos a ir 5 personas y una se tuvo que queda por espacio interior y por maletero. La diferencia de uno al otro en maletero es de 204 litros. Un saludo.
Good afternoon. On July 4th I went to pick up a car that I had reserved the day before. The car was a Grandland. I took a Moaka. They are not similar, since there were 5 of us going and one had to stay for interior space and trunk space. The difference between one and the other in the trunk is 204 liters. All the best.
Muy buena experiencia! Al principio al llegar el chico me dijo que tengo reservada a mi nombre una furgoneta,en mi reserva ponia un Seat Ibiza asi que el chico hizo todo lo posible y lo cambio! Me dejo un Citroen C3 nuevo ! Muy limpio,con unos pequenos golpes detras pero siempre senalados en el contrato que me hicieron, asi que ningun problema! El chico me aconsejo sacarle tambien alguna foto,lo hice pero no he tenido ningun problema al devolverlo! En el mismo precio me incluia el seguro y en la oficina no he tenido que pagar nada mas! No espere nada en atenderme ! Recomendable 100%
Very good experience! At first when I arrived the guy told me that I have a van reserved in my name, my reservation said a Seat Ibiza so the guy did everything possible and changed it! He left me a new Citroen C3! Very clean, with a few small dents behind but always noted in the contract they made me, so no problem! The boy advised me to also take a photo, I did but I haven't had any problems returning it! The same price included insurance and I didn't have to pay anything else at the office! Don't expect anything to serve me! 100% recommended
Buen servicio y coches limpios y nuevos. Para alquileres rapidos y sin necesidad de elegir coche va muy bien. En mi caso me incluyeron todos los seguros en el precio por lo que fue mas economico si cabe.
Good service and clean, new cars. For quick rentals and without having to choose a car, it is very good. In my case they included all the insurance in the price so it was cheaper if possible.
Small rental place with good prices
Rented a car from Budget Mostoles in May 2016. Car was fine and the service very good, no insurance hard sell and no rip off when returning the car. They don't speak English but luckily my daughter does so that was not a problem.
