Son una empresa que nada mas esperan facturar y pasan de los problemas de los coches no se interesan por nada y no te dan soluciones a nada .. mientras no haya problemas todo bien... Cuando empieza el primer problema ellos no quieren saber nada del tema ... Te hacen contratos sin coches de sustitucion lo que en la vida he visto .. y te dicen que el problema no es suyo si no de la compania de la marca del coche ... Asi que coml renting no recomiendo y solo deseo que termie el contrato para irme a otra compania

Contrate un Renting abierto con APK Renting a traves de su pagina web. El trato de la persona que me atendio fue excelente y cuando llame para devolver el coche todo fueron comodidades y vinieron ellos mismos a buscarlo a mi casa a buen precio. La empresa me ha dado un coche y ya no me hace falta, pero mi pareja y yo volveremos a contar con ellos si nos hace falta, muchas gracias!!

I am a Client of APK Renting, from this last year. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They dont answer the phone, they dont give you options and they also have real Chaos when it comes to billing. I have to renew my vehicle and get 4 more and of course Im going to another rental. They dont know what its like to serve a customer. Not recommended.
